Worst place for a simple urine drug test. I called ahead and they said 1 hour wait so I made sure to leave early so I can leave before 12pm. Not a chance. They have no sense of urgency and the clinic attends to everything else first so urine testing is the back burner when it's the quickest. I've done a urine test before at other clinics and they have a person who handles that area specifically so there isn't a lot of people waiting but this place doesn't care as you can see by all the same complaints and reviews. People are everywhere in their tiny hall way and even in check in area. I don't not recommend. People do not take social distancing seriously. There are three staff working in the front but they act like they are over worked and talked to me like I was an idiot. I didn't have the WORST time at this place, but for sure wasn't the best. I was a walk-in to get a drug screening for pre-employment at around 12pm. The room was full, 10-12 people already seated so I expected a long wait but thankfully was called in after an hour (which beats the 3+ hours other reviews mentioned). There were 2 other people before me that cancelled because they couldn't wait any longer. The ladies at the front desk had no problems loudly chatting it up with their coworkers. I'm normally not bothered by that, but given the reviews of this place it gave me a bad impression. This last bit may just be me but during the drug test I felt embarrassed because the nurse took my pee cup and placed it on the counter where another patient was washing their hands just 2 feet away. Something about someone else being able to see my pee in a cup was very uncomfortable, lol. read more

Doctor Lee doesnt know how to properly do a blood pressure. Needs to have medical license revoked. Not following medical guidelines BEWARE if you go to the DMV they will screw your drivers license because of an incompetent doctor and nurses. Making an official complaint to medical board. They locked up my stuff and made me go back and unlock the cabin to get it myself because they forgot to give it back. Came a month ago to do a drug screen for pre employment. The fat darker complexion receptionist Edith at the front is rude and has no personal service skills or people skills. Took my paperwork and told me to have a seat. Watched her literally do nothing for 15 minutes before she grabbed it. Then I sat for another hour and 30 minutes before literally getting bothered and asking how much longer I'd have to wait for my drug screen. With a attitude she told me I had a while to go. I made a big deal and they gave me the little cup for me to urine in and I was out. This clinic needs to get it together and hire somebody that knows how to do their job correctly and be considerate to others.
