It tasted really good but was a nightmare to eat. I resorted to using fork and knife (that they provide) halfway through as it all fell apart. Juiciness is a good thing and nobody likes a dry burger - but there has to be a way between dry like the desert and turns to soup into your hands ;) Value for money is an aspect where I struggle a bit. Despite the potatoe-bit in between, the burger wasn't really that filling and for that money you usually get a Burger of that size with an extra portion Fries that equals a main dish at a restaurant. To the burger, a bit more textured than American ground beef, but nicely trimmed with a beer and fries. The bun is a bit overmatced but that's often the case at home.
