His quote was the best quote of all the other ones I got ranging from $5,000 to $10,500. He walked the exterior of my home, examined the entire process, sent me a quote and we scheduled the service dates. I picked my colors i explained i wanted certain trims painted and other left alone to match the base color. He paid close attention to my requests. He let me know upfront that his business is not licensed but they were insured. I was oaky with that since the lrice was more than reasonable. Im now refering his business to my mom which also will want her house painted soon. All and all, his family run business delivered excellent quality service. His customer service was also professional, and as soon as I replace my fence, I will call him back to have him paint that as well.

They responded fast, showed up when they said they would, and the quote was straightforward. No weird add-ons or surprises at the end. I really appreciated that. The actual work was clean. They were respectful of the space too. Moved things carefully, covered what needed to be covered, and cleaned up after themselves. I didn't have to follow behind them fixing anything. We received a quote and moved forward with having the entire inside of our home painted. When you…read moredo this, you basically hand over your home for a week or more. We had hoped that our home would be respected, it wasn't. Here are some of the issues we experienced: Two coats was in the contract. Several walls throughout the home one have one and you can see roller marks. Several areas on the ceilings were skipped around light fixtures no paint was applied. We have high-end shutters throughout our home and they dropped paint on several, not just light speckles but large drips and puddles. They caused a lot of damage to our brand new base board. They cleaned their equipment in front of our house and left paint drops on our cement. Our hardwood floors had paint droppings everywhere. Our tile downstairs was worse. Paint leaked onto the tile and hardwood around the baseboards. They did not fill many holes they were supposed to address and those are noticeable. Part of the quote included using a wood filler to patch our staircase, they DID NOT DO IT. in addition, the base on the staircase was so bad and they got paint all over the carpet. It looked horrible. We had no choice but to replace it because the damage was so bad. The crew was nice but each day there was someone new. No consistency in the work flow. We called Joe Kelly, the salesman to go over the issues. He addressed it at first then ghosted us. Lots of talk and empty promises. We arranged for someone to come out and they did. They wanted to send someone back to fix things. The one person that came back to address the baseboards walked around our house with a gallon of paint and a brush to touch up baseboard. He dropped paint everywhere. We completely lost faith at this point and requested the owner to contact us. The owner did not reach out via phone or email. We DO NOT recommend Lancaster Painting! Their pitch was great, but what you get is not what they promise. The workmanship is rookie, not experienced like the price tag of the job. There should be an option to give negative stars.

They showed up at different days/times than what was originally agreed upon and the father has a bad attitude. The father became defensive and stated that he had covered that area with plastic like he was supposed to and that I was making a big deal of nothing. He then stated they would return the following day to remove them. They ended up coming back the same day (it was already dark) and after a while they left without saying anything. The following day, we noticed they did not remove all the paint marks (pictures attached). Overall it was a bad experience. Yes they have reasonable prices, but it's not worth it. Messy work and unprofessional, would not recommend.

I talked with approximately 15 painters (some are big companies and the rest are small ones who are unlicensed). I deliberately examined each painter then I met Fidel Garcia of New View Painting who showed up immediately after a Home Advisor (Angi's List) request. I was impressed by his humility and respectfulness which I did not find from the other arrogant painters before him. He said he wanted to prove to my friends/neighbors that my house roof/exterior painting project is "his business card". He did not disappoint. He is a one-man company with a few help from his friends. He worked so hard from day one up to conclusion day. He is very reliable who showed up on time and professionally went to work right away. He is respectful of my time, my belongings, and space. He is friendly, precise and attentive to detail. Finally, he finished the project within the mutually-agreed time frame. Overall, his work is excellent as my house now looks brand new. I highly recommend Fidel and will hire him again for all my future painting needs.
