Ill make this short-I helped my brother in law source an Atv for winter plowing: Im a former…read morecertified mechanic and knew the atv needed some small work but was overall very solid. This shop proceeded to take 2 months to fix a carburetor issue they opted to rebuild (and over charge for something much cheaper to just buy new) and during that time managed to break multiple parts on the atv, communicate terribly and take advantage of the fact that he already had brought the atv to them and milked that fact every chance they had. They kept finding "major issues" with the atv that I do not believe actually existed. The fact they went through multiple mechanics during the 2 months it was there speaks volumes of how poorly they run their business. worst part is, they sent it home with him (finally) with broken welded parts that they were responsible (and admitted to) breaking. In my years of mechanics I have never witnessed such a poorly run dishonest establishment.

They sent me confusing pictures of why they needed to be replaced so I agreed. They quoted me $1118 to do the job and charged me $1251 because they forgot to include the belt on the first quote even though it was there to get the belt replaced. I picked up the machine from the con artists and there is a dime size scuff wore through the front cover on the top side near wear the breather tube connects. Instead of suggesting I use JB weld to repair it they put over $400 of parts on the machine. They claimed I also needed a clutch from scratches clauses by the belt slipping, I declined because I felt they were ripping me off. This is a warning to stay away! Beware of the service department!

It was not. I had them do tires on another machine (a full size dresser) and they did not tighten the exhaust bolts so it rattled and the cruise control had stopped working when I got the bike back. Seems they are just too rushed or inexperienced staff or their QC is just bad.

After talking to the sales associate (was a very nice fellow) I had mentioned that I had a couple Honda Groms I had purchased brand new and that were in pristine condition that we don't ride. 1 has 61 miles (ABS) and the other has 199 miles. New battery's installed as of last week as well. He looked up the trade in values through his company computer and said that if they were as I said they would give 2k per bike for trade in. I didn't want to sell them , but said what the hell , I don't ride them , so if that's the case lets do it! Besides I have a 3rd one as well Ill keep. After talking about bank terms that I wanted for the remaining balance, I was told that shouldn't be an issue. It was late so we would need to finish up Tuesday. I explained I will rent a trailer and bring the bikes with me and make the hour drive then. Tuesday, I received a call from dealer asking when I was coming in and I said about an hour. After getting there we inspected the bikes and confirmed the condition and milage with salesman and all was good, well so that I thought. I reiterated the trade in value and terms looking for from the bank and once again , I was told that it shouldn't be a problem, but obviously we need to run my credit to see what interest rate I will end up with. Got it, I know how this works , it isn't my first rodeo. After running my credit with a hard pull the manager decides to pull the age old okey-doke on me and say that they were only going to give me $1500 per trade in and not the 2k each that was previously discussed !!!! My initial thought was that they were just screwing around , but I found that this guy is out of his mind and serious! My sales guy even looked confused as he helped me load the Groms back into the trailer . Was he confused about his managers actions or that I wasn't going for the bait? We will never know , but In the end they didn't get to sell me their Goldwing at a premium or the $2500 in riding gear I had picked out for myself and the wife. I didn't even get a chance to talk about the fact they had the Goldwing advertised for $1000 cheaper on face book LOL , What a joke. I will never do business with a Dealer like this, The owners should be ashamed that they treat their customers like this! There is a reason they have a 2 star on yelp and a 3 point what ever all around. I personally know why now. Do your research!
