They definitely fix pain fast! I had a lower back issue which usually responds well to chiropractic adjustment. For whatever reason, after several months of visits my condition did not improve. I made an appointment, based on a friends recommendation, and could not be more pleased with the outcome. After 2 visits the pain is gone. There is definitely some work from home required, but the stretching exercises prescribed in addition to the soft tissue work done during my appointment has me back to normal! read more

Dr. Cully helped my son so much with a long term tennis injury in his shoulder. He had been silently suffering for about a year and finally when the pain was so extreme, he was only playing with one arm... and not his dominant arm. We were shocked he was in so much pain, and we didn't know the extent of the injury. We took him to see Dr. Cully and after several sessions the pain went down from an eight (ten being arm falling off) to a one. It was a very through treatment. Now his is doing PT exersizes daily from the airrosti program and says it is ALL BETTER. I am so thankful to Dr. Cully. This is the place to go to take care of soft tissue sports injuries. I not only recommend, but will come back if need be. read more

I had back pain after having a seizure and I thought since my muscles had tensed so much, like working out, the pain would go away on its own. After a couple weeks of restlessness and consistent pain, Zach Salinas, the CRS at Airrosti in Boerne suggested seeing Dr. Atala. I was not sure what to expect or how to articulate the pain, but Dr. Atala asked easy questions, had me move certain ways to locate the pain and then started to work on my back. Because of the constant pain, the pressure applied was a relief! I could see how some would say it would make them sore, but Zach gave me exercises to do at home (PSA: do the ice baths and ice the affected area!) I didn't have much pain between visits. After completing my visits, the pain was gone. I would highly recommend Airrosti! Even if you're not sure if they can help, go see them, it's very quick, easy and a non-intimidating environment. read more

I went in with horrible pain and after three visits was pain free. The treatment was quite intense but so effective.

I was seen the same day I called and am I glad I was. My knee was hurting so bad after refereeing 6 soccer games in the previous three days that I could barely put any weight on it. I also had a calf cramp that came along with the knee swelling. I assumed Dr. Atala may be able to massage out the calf but not do much about the knee. To my very pleasant surprise, he worked on both and relieved at least 90% of my knee pain and restored a good 75% of its mobility. I am shocked at how good I feel just 24 hours after barely being able to walk! My visit wasn't $300 like the last reviewer, but I would gladly have paid that or more to get this much relief so quickly. I had planned on needing two weeks of rest to get to this point. I can't recommend Dr. Atalanta and Arrosti treatment strongly enough. read more
