My wife and I had one of our A/C Heat pump units go out. We contacted Air-Serve to come take a look. They arrived on-time to the appointment that was set. The technician was very polite and professional. Within a couple of minutes he was able to analyze and determine the cause of the breakage. We have a home warranty and Air-Serve interacted with them on our behalf to give the diagnosis and explain what was needed to repair our unit which was no longer covered by the manufacturer. Long story short, our Home Warranty Service declined much to our dismay to cover the repair/replacement of the faulty unit. My wife and I decided to get a new unit rather than run into same issue again and Air-Serve was able to accommodate us with finding a comparable and affordable unit that came in much lower cost-wise than expected. They have since installed the unit without issue. We are very happy with the whole experience we recieved from Air-Serve. I smelled electrical wires burning! Found the cause a closet light that I had knocked loose by slamming the closet door!! Worried that these burnt wires would cause a fire, I called Billy Bartlett, owner of AireServ. and he came right over!! Replaced the closet light with one that doesn't require any wiring and took closet door down and shaved the wood down at the top so it wouldn't stick and I don't have to slam it to shut it!!!
