The worse customer service and pricing is ridiculous. They came out and said our unit wasn't under warranty and would cost 1400 dollars. So we called for a second opinion and our unit WAS under warranty and only cost 350.00 to fix our unit. We called the manager to see about getting our 100.00 refund back to us because of the misleading information, no help. Needed emergency service over the July 4th holiday when we discovered a gas leak in our home. When I explained the issue to the Airco call center, they said it would be about 10 days before a tech could come out. When I emphasized we have a maintenance contract and the needed sense of urgency due to very noticeable gas smell in the house, she said " I am sorry, this is what my supervisor said". I contacted a competitor and they were here within a hour and fixed the leak. We have a maintenance plan with Airco and I am evaluating the future of that contract. read more

Will never deal with them again, they bought out my reliable company and have tried to just make it a money maker, ask before they touch anything, they will turn your checkup into almost a $500 bill and more if you don't ask , no parts were installed, 2 hours labor, problem was not resolved, supervisor will not call you back if you have a problem read more

Not happy with the way they do business. The person that came to do the work did not tell me how much I would be charged before doing the work and then charged a ridiculous amount for a very simple job that I could have done myself. Airco installed a Heat Pump system in my home. Contracted equipment was NOT installed. A lower model air handler and lower model thermostat were installed. NO communication from the company. I happened to find their deceitful installation. When approached, they claimed a miscommunication ??? If you use or have used Airco, check your equipment and model numbers. After agreeing in writing that payment would not be made after a completed county inspection, they placed a lien on my home prior to the inspection being done. I would certainly stay clear of Airco Arkansas. Not trustworthy at ALL. read more

First of all if I could give this company 0 stars I would. First I called to check on a warranty on an air conditioner unit at a duplex I have. The guy I talked to was about as dumb as a box of rocks. He took all my information and then says the lady who does this would call me back. Well I'm still waiting this was Thursday. So I called the manufacturer and found out that it was under warranty for a blower motor. So the next day I called again to see if they would come out and get this fix. I got a appointment and she says between 1-5 they would do a diagnostic on it to see what the problem was of course the guy calls me at 4:30 and asks do I still wanna have him come out. I had asked the lady how much was labor to replace a warranty part and got no answer since I had to get a guy to look at it. So this guy calls and tells me the price. My guy who worked for them before says it would take 30 mins to replace this motor. So this guy tells me it's going to cost me 600 bucks to replace the motor for labor. So I asked him why so much for a 30 min job. There was no negotiating with this guy. So be prepared to be charged an outrageous price for labor. I passed and I'll never will use this company for nothing I mean I've only spent 20k on all new air conditioners from this company and this is how they treat there customers. Ya no thanks read more

AAron Williams and his trainee educated me on the proper care and maintenance of our heat pump as he was fixing our no a/c on a 95* day. They had it going in 15 minutes. I am very pleased with them and signed up for a yearly Maintenace contract which is reasonable and well worth it. I wish every co. we hired was as good as these guys. read more
