We even joined the maintenance program in order to finally care for our system as I've been meaning to do for some time. The price of the semi-annual service, which include reduced service fees etc will be cheap compared to the "no-maintenance" plan we've been on. This is a local company that deserves the business. We called Guy, who picked up immediately, took down my address, and was here in less than half an hour. It's the same issue we've had in the past, a cap blew, which it does every couple of years. Guy replaced it with a better part, replaced another cap which was getting ready to go, and had us up and running cool air again within 20 minutes. Guy's price was very reasonable and he provided better service and a better value than all the BIG firms which we've used in the past. I would highly recommend Guy, he's knowledge, professional, and he's local, and for me that makes a BIG difference, I'm supporting our local economy which helps everyone. Give Guy a call before you call the BIG firms, you'll get better service, have the work done right the first time, and save money!

Well as things would go, my a/c had another problem, not related to the first problem last year and I just happened to run into Eric at a restaurant. He said he had accepted another Service Manager's position at American A/C & Mechanical. Welp, I had another fantastic episode with Eric. He came out, had me back up and running in less than an hour. I don't know how I have gotten this lucky so far, but I have Eric at American A/C & Mechanical to thank for it. PLEASE, if you have a problem with your heating and A/C unit, or even if you are just getting a tune up, call American A/C & Mechanical, you will be glad you did!!! I am not a paid spokesperson! LOL Thank you again Eric!!! Another good thing, they have hired or are hiring the good people from the 'other' company that I thought was so great last year. Definitely recommend American A/C & Mechanical!
