In January 2023, I was out of town and had them install a bath sink faucet (I supplied) and tighten down a kitchen faucet in my rental. They billed me $316.90, but I protested the hourly rate ($95 vs. the $75 they told me) and the three hours labor. They reduced the bill to $256.90 but maintained it took them three hours to do (my tenants told me two hours). If I were in town, it would have been an easy hour job for me. There was no visible purple glue on the pipes when I had a different plumbing company remove the base of shower because water was flowing from the shower base causing flooding of the basement. When they were notified, as my attorney recommened, I was told that the installation was done too long ago....too bad. The attorney stated that the time starts when you discover the problem and to take them to small claims court. You can win in court but no guarantee that they will ever pay. I would never recommended this crooked operation to anyone!!
