The owners, Lance Larson and Ryan Conklin, do not stand behind their work. The basement shower that they installed was a real nightmare! The PVC pipe was not glued together for the drain. There was no visible purple glue on the pipes when I had a different plumbing company remove the base of shower because water was flowing from the shower base causing flooding of the basement. When they were notified, as my attorney recommened, I was told that the installation was done too long ago....too bad. The attorney stated that the time starts when you discover the problem and to take them to small claims court. You can win in court but no guarantee that they will ever pay. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Justin N in a previous post was absolutely correct, "Money hungry company that does not care about customer service". Worse yet, they pray on the elderly and widowed. They came out to my mother in laws home, told her she needed a new thermostat. It took them all of 15 minutes to complete the project. Come to find out, that was not the issue. She was SO upset at how rude and condescending they were that she had another company come in to fix the issue. plumber came out said he couldn't fix the main line blockage because he didn't have the equipment to do so. Told me to call someone else and left 3 minutes later. So I called A1 plumbing, they actually fixed the issue for cheaper. I then get a bill 2 weeks later for $180. I called them and said there must be a mistake, but no, they said I owe 180 for the call out. Trash, use someone else. read more

In the middle of a cold snap, no one wants to come home to finding your furnace is working inadequately. I was lined up with Absolute Comfort and the technician was absolutely amazing. Not only did he trouble shoot the issue, which was a larger issue than the furnace, but he gave me tips on how to increase the temp in my home in case the issue could not be resolved. It didn't end there, after an hour or so passed he checked back in to see how things were going and if there was anything else I needed him for at the moment. Quality, caring customer service is hard to come by. Definitely a shining light in the cold darkness of the cold snap. Thank you. read more

Ok, 85 might not be enough characters. I called at 8:30pm was told someone would be out to look at the furnace within an hour. No one came. Called multiple times, no one answered. Next morning, was told someone would be out to look. The guy called and said he was on his way, then I had to call him an hour later because he still hadn't shown up. When I called again, he said he was on his way. He came out to look, told my wife that he was leaving to get a ladder and would be back. After an hour I called and asked when he thought he would be back. He said he wasn't coming back because he said there was too much water. I called the office and she said they can't work on it in the rain. My complaint is, why couldn't they have told me that last night? We had to wait all night and most of the day without heat and we have a 6 mo. Just ridiculous honestly. Lied to multiple times. Literally the worst. read more

STAY AWAY!!!!! Money hungry company that does not care about customer service. I had called to get my heat looked at in the -20 ish degree weather and the contractor was here for all of 5 mins to tell me my filter was dirty. I received a bill from them for $172 with no service or labor being conducted and I was never told what I was going to be charged for the service or labor or I wouldn't have even used them. Completely unreasonable and absolute garbage. read more
