It's a great place…read more Since the beginning as a name say everything looks very romantic a specially when you arrive at night. The gate and the lights make amazing atmosphere. Hotel is located in quiet area out of town with a beautiful view on the mountains. All the place it's keeps in old fashion way also rooms with fire place and match furniture. Dimension of our room was huge with balcony windows. There is an elevator and nice garden area. The restaurant it's also nice surprise. Italian means with all fresh dishes. We was lucky to experienced a truffle evening with fresh truffles which we choose to eat. Service very well trained and kind. We had there really good and romantic time. Hoping to go back.

As an example, I couldn't get out on my cellphone and when I mentioned it to the waiter(Salvador), he worked with the front desk and they used the computer and many different approaches and finally found the issue. Verizon text wasn't much help by the way. The following morning my GPS didn't work because the cigarette lighter plug didn't work. So one of the staff tells me to take hers and just return it when I'm done. That's above and beyond expectations. The in house restaurant is awesome in that I had the waiter pick something a tourist might like and the chef really prepared tasty, sometimes odd looking, meals. This has been a great experience and added nicely to my skI vacation. I stayed and traveled out to four ski areas as this location was centered for travel.
