I don't even know how to begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for all that PrideStaff and…read moreShani have done for me. There is something truly special and unique about Shani. From the moment we first spoke, she has always been so full care, thoughtfulness, and transparency. You can tell that she's fully dedicated to her job and truly cares. I came to Pridestaff somewhat hopeless and helpless and from that first interaction, Shani renewed my hope ten fold. I have been in the work force for 20 years but never in a corporate office setting. So I understood that I most likely had to start in an entry level position, which generally meant a lower pay. My job search journey prior to Pridestaff left me a little disheartened to be honest. I knew my worth and knew that I could be an absolute asset to whomever I ended up working for. But I didn't know how to fully connect my skills and experience to the jobs I was applying for. I also didn't know what I even was qualified to do. My other main concern was finding an entry level job that would still be financially sustainable. Shani patiently listened to all my fears and concerns. She also listened to all my hopes and aspirations and experiences. And then in a brilliant way, she was able to see in me and pull out of me a part of myself I didn't know existed. She was able to connect all my gifts, skills and experiences, to the positions that would best suit me and allow me to truly shine. She fought so hard for me from day one. Saw my worth, heard my concerns, and would not allow me to settle for less than what I deserved. She was able to connect me with a company that I am beyond thrilled to be a part of. I could never have imagined such a place could want inexperienced me, but Shani spoke so highly of me that the company didn't question taking a chance on me. What Shani found for me is everything I could ever want in a job and more. I've been there since March (and it's now August) and still find myself wondering how I was able to land such an amazing job for an amazing company that supports me in every sense of the word. In all actuality, there is nothing to wonder. Shani saw and understood me. She heard and understood my company. She knew that both the company and I could provide exactly what the other needed. And she was right. And I am grateful every day that I was introduced to Pridestaff and especially to the phenomenal Shani. From the depths of my heart, thank you.

I do appreciate that you reached out to respond. My issue is: Despite not having a job, believe it…read moreor not, my time is actually very valuable too because I have to spend a lot of time just trying to find employment, and... when someone brings me into an interview without actually being able to even review what I've presented initially (and then with the difficulties there attempting to work through your internet security, which I presumed to be the case at that point), I'm apt to "cut out the middle man" as they say. I take it as a compliment that even my resume was good enough, but in a world where, I believe statistically if I recall correctly, about 70% of resumes are not even looked at, independent of the actual application process (usually AI based at this point and requiring an arduous and pointless amount of time to fill out forms when it defeats the purpose of having a resume in the first place), it was a very sad thing for me to feel hope and then have it dashed to pieces because we were only about a third of the way there in the process. I shouldn't have had to sit down for an interview in the first place with Abe and spend my whole morning doing that when he hadn't even looked at my work, and if he couldn't see it, you obviously should have resolved that with your IT team internally rather than involve me. I just don't like people wasting my time. I would consider working with you again now that you have the issue resolved, but I really don't have the time when very few people even have the time for me. It wasn't meant to be insulting, but I'm someone who gets things done quickly and doesn't want to be bothered with needless processes when it's really just a numbers game at this point and I realize it. I hope that makes sense. Have a nice day.

(MRSI). It has been the best career move I have ever made. It is a great company to work for! The owner and the management team have a tremendous amount of industry experience, and the company has been in business for over a decade. They provide hands on training, resources and support to help us master our profession. Not only are the owner and management team great at what they do, but they are also down to earth people that truly care about their employees! I appreciate how much time they have spent coaching me and developing me to be the best I can be both professionaly and personally! The employees of MRSI are some of the most hard working, dedicated and knowledgeable people that I have ever had the pleasure of working along side. The majority of the veterans have actually been with the company for 5-10 years. They are incredibly talented, and provide top notch results for their clients. On top of how they are as professionals, they are also wonderful people. In fact, many of the employees have become some of the best friends I have had in my life! The profession of recruiting is extremely challenging! It takes intelligence, industry knowledge, communication skills, consultative skills, energy, determination, focus, passion and drive. This profession is not for everyone! The turnover I have experienced since I have been here is because those people were lacking at least one critical piece of the puzzle needed to be successful in this industry. I thoroughly have enjoyed my time at MRSI, and can't imagine every leaving. My only regret is that I didn't start with them 10+ years ago.
