Being the geek that I am, back in August, I installed a new "WiFi", thermostat! I followed the manufacturer's instructions to the letter. At least I thought I did. So when I finished and the A/C was working I was so proud of myself. The A/C was working great and it was so hot that It never dawned on me to check the furnace! Anyway, my problem was solved! And, in the future, if I ever have an issue, with my heating or air conditioning, these are the guys I will call! I would, and I will, recommend "Mac's" HVAC service to anyone!!!

"Not so fast". I called on Monday and spoke to the receptionist about getting someone to look at…read moremy furnace. She said she was not sure if she could get someone out to look at it that day. I explained that was fine and in fact I would not be home on Tuesday and would also be gone Wednesday morning. I asked if she could schedule it for Wednesday afternoon. She replied yes, there would be someone out Wednesday afternoon, and they would call first. Wednesday afternoon at 5:00, no service repairman and no phone call. I called at 5:02, spoke to the same receptionist, who said she was sorry but they were over worked and under staffed. I worked in the "service" industry for 30+ years, and number one rule you never break is leaving the customer hanging! Maybe these guys actually do great work, "when" they do show up! But I'll never know. I told the receptionist I would be calling someone else!!!
