When LG&E tech came by 2nd time, even after repairs, a whole new gas pipe with multiple connectors changed, there was STILL a gas leak. In all ~4 gas leaks identified. YIKES! We hadn't noticed a smell or anything! Very grateful for the safety pickup from a "routine" but very value and safety-added HVAC service w/ duct cleaning. Thank you for keeping my family safer! Appreciative of all your help!

I cant believe what I went though with Dr.P. Tried to sell me a new unit. Do NOT recommend. Be weary, if you communicate any dissatisfaction, the team (husband/wife) tag team and scream. The husband was in the background literally yelling. I had to ask her to stop emailing me, in which she continued. I threatened to call the county attorney if she didn't stop. Not only did she NOT stop she had an officer call me to get my side of the story. He then called her to ask her to stop calling me. She is very dishonest. I do not post negative comments unless I feel the public needs to know. No business should ever scream and tag team a customer over nothing. It is on record however. I will NEVER use them again as well as 5 other people I have found in Oldham that feel the same. A good friend had a similar experience with them both. They are fake, not genuine people, it was their unprofessionalism that shocked me. Again, they will respond to this because they are terrified of a bad review, but I must tell others about my experience And share the truth! They have now updated their response FOUR times and is adding personal information about me on here that will likely result in a lawsuit as some should be very confidential. I will now be calling the BBB on Monday and my attorney in LaGrange to consult about what they have added on here.

I woke up this morning and I called Milburn when they opened at 8:30 and they sent two workers out within the hour. They were very fast they were friendly and helpful. So I do recommend this place and if I have anymore problems with my heating or air I will contact Milburn

They sent another company, I will be reviewing next, out and their standard answer was the coils feel cool. The other company always managed to come when it was a cooler day that I could open my windows. Kyle, the younger tech came out and yes it was a milder day and my coils were cool, he was disturbed by a noise it made. Then Mark came the next day when it was 100 degrees in the shade and the coils were not even lukewarm. It took some arguing back and forth with the warranty company but I got a new system put in this past October. This winter, I enjoyed the lowest electric bills ever. THE THING THAT IMPRESSED ME MOST IS THEY -LISTENED- TO THE CUSTOMER... what a concept! I am not going into summer with fear of high bills... I can't thank Kyle, Mark, Wendy and the rest of their kind staff for doing the right thing. I will have bills like I did when I first moved in next year. I can't thank you guys enough.

We have relied on this company for years which until the last interaction was always reasonably…read moreresponsive, polite and fair priced. They are a small family owned business which we believe was founded on good intentions. Unfortunately, they hired a tech that seemed to not care as much considering the work he performed. We had to replace both our HVAC systems within 2 months of each other sadly! Our upstairs unit was installed without the air filter box/slot! Another tech had mentioned it was omitted erroneously when the new replacement unit was ordered. It would not have been an issue had they just ran out to pick one up or notify us what happened with a promise to return to complete the installation properly. They did not! Months later when I attempted to replace the air filter I found out the truth. With patience I texted the tech directly on two occasions without a response so called the owner who responded quickly to investigate. He humbly apologized, told us he fired that tech for other reasons and sent another tech to finally add the air filter box. Unbeknownst to that tech when installing the box he had cracked the water condensate line. Months later in the heat of the warmer summer months my wife walked up to her home office to find our carpets drenched with water! Water had been dripping from her office ceiling during a long weekend apparently. Half the office carpet was soaked. I had to remove that carpeted area immediately so as to minimize further water damage to our home. The office ceiling as well as the ceiling directly below her office was water stained as a result. After removing the carpeted area and running fans for days to help with drying the subfloor we called the owner to complain what had happened. He came over quickly to investigate and repair the cracked line and finally offered an understanding if we filed a request with him and insurance company to cover damage repairs. A few days after his other techs repair I entered our attic to check whether no more leaks were present to discover the repaired condensate line wasn't eve glued in place allowing dripping again. I gave up relying on them and simply made the repairs myself. I did send him a text telling him what I had found with dismay. I sent him pictures and an estimate obtained from a flooring company for the cost of replacement of our carpet as he had requested. I had told him I would make the ceiling repairs myself by the way. The cost was under $1000. This incident occurred back in July 2025 and it is now March 2026. I never heard from him again! I understand they are a small family business but their tech's negligence caused reasonable damage to our home. We just believe any business should make things right with their customers. We had paid this company about $10k to replace both our HVAC units and had even tipped the techs after the attic installation!
