Their staff is super friendly and the integrity of this company is rare and impeccable! I recommended their services to a friend who lives over 70 miles away because she had gotten a quote for tuning up her A/C in her house that was $995.00! She was devastated!! She called another company and they quoted her $750.00. I told her to call Al & Riley's because I personally have experienced more than one A/C company here in AZ that were dishonest and I knew Al & Riley's have been super with me for the past 5 years since I found them. She called and even though they had a $60.00 charge to travel that far they still came in at a total price of $300.00! They were up in her attic for 1 1/2 hours and her A/C is working fantastic now! She is in tears with joy as she is single and on disability. God will bless this company for being fair and honest!! Thank you Al & Riley's!!!

Our AC never cooled the house evenly and started struggling as temperatures warmed up in 2023. The…read morekids' rooms were cold while the rest of the house stayed hot. I had four local companies come out. Three told me the uneven cooling was simply because it was a manufactured home and "that's just how it is." Their bids ranged from 3- to 5-ton units for our 2,300-square-foot home, all larger than our existing 2.5-ton system, with widely varying prices. Before making a decision, a friend recommended Hero AC & Heat. Sam and Victor came out, thoroughly evaluated the system, and clearly explained why the house cooled unevenly and how it could be fixed. Their proposal offered the best value by far. They installed a new 5-ton unit in a better location and redesigned the ductwork for balanced airflow. With the Nest thermostat and remote sensors, every area of the house now stays within 1 degree of the main thermostat. Our home has never been this comfortable, and our summer electric bill dropped by about 20%. I can't recommend Hero AC & Heat enough! Outstanding customer service, honest and affordable solutions, and top-quality workmanship.

I contacted hero based on their reviews & I was not disappointed. I was able to schedule an app within the week & Thomas the tech came by & was able to give me an honest opinion on my unit. It was low on coolant & I had a leak up in the attic that thankfully did not travel and damage the house. Since my unit was old they no longer make coolant for it & parts would have been just as much to replace as a brand new unit. So I opted for a new unit, didn't feel any pressure by them & the next day I was happy that they came and installed it in less than 3 hours. The team was amazing & my house has never felt better now that the heat is here. I highly recommend Hero They were so accommodating even helping with my dogs while I was at work. Such kind and honest people! They even offer financing if you do not want to pay upfront. Thanks so much everyone at Hero.

I had to follow up with him several times just to get scheduled. They started on a Thursday and couldn't complete until the following Monday which we were made aware of. They did not properly hook our existing system back up on Thursday and did not have any AC Thursday night. We had to call Friday to have a tech come back out just to have AC for the weekend. During the install on Monday, a tech fell through the ceiling. Understood that accidents happen, but Isaac didn't care at all when I reported it to him. I called the office and spoke with Jonathan. He didn't care and said Isaac is a manager and will take care of it. I then talked to Joe (claimed to be the owner). Extremely rude and also didn't care about the situation. They left the hole open for 4 hours which allowed blowing dust, debris, insulation and 100 degree heat to constantly blow in. We had to throw away multiple items due to damage and had to clean the entire house that night. Also had very shoddy installation. Most of the registers are cut in crooked and other than 2 techs, their labor force was unskilled and provided terrible workmanship.
