He's a very hard worker, I've reached him morning, noon and night regarding things both big and small. He's great at his job, but even more importantly, he's a good person who will make sure you're taken care of.

On January 10th, 2023 I received the report that premier inspections performed on our home…read moreinspection. Shortly after moving in multiple things kept being found, from rotted out subflooring (visible without moving anything), gaps in the vinyl at every window, buckling drywall from water damage, substantial termite damage, and misdiagnosed source of water in crawlspace. After spending our time to resolve these issues a friend mentioned to reach out to the inspector to inform the company of how much was missed. We closed on January 27th, and I contacted premier on February 3rd with pictures and details of the multitude of issues. Jeff Young had an excuse for every single thing I listed. Instead of considering his missing a multitude of issues, he ended up blaming me as being dishonest. Since his company asked 3 times for a review, I left him one on Google. He replied to the review saying I was a unrealistically expectationed customer and that he did everything in his power to resolve the situation. His company only sent me one email. They never called, they never came out to look at all I found, they never even expressed concern. I am extremely discouraged by the fact that they will claim they did everything in their power to resolve the issue. Instead, it makes me question how honest this company is and how many other people they may be manipulating.

I was not sure when my 1st payment was due because of their "Free Month" promotion on their sign. I tried to call during office hours to discuss my bill! No one!! returned my call and I was charged the late fee! They also did not remove a second late fee for March. I had access to my unit on March 25th. No red lock out lock was on my unit. I am a new customer!! and with the promotion of "one month free," I thought my first payment was due in April. When I pointed out the fact that I had access I was told "He must have missed your unit." I paid for their incompetence!! No red lock out, no returned phone call which resulted in a second late fee! This is unacceptable as a business practice. I came straight to my unit after payment to confirm there is still not a lock out lock on my unit!! Poor business practice. No lock so they can keep just adding late fees to unsuspecting renters. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RENT FROM STORAGE SENSE DOWN THE STREET!! I rented from them for over 4 years without 1 incident. Will be going back! Nick's will not get another dime from me. Save yourself the hassle and poor customer service.

BLUF: Mrs. McCoy will undoubtably run circles around any other agent you could think of using…read more I Just closed on a house with Mrs. McCoy. Geniece McCoy has many qualities that you would expect to see in a broker/agent/businesswoman, however for me the most valuable of all her skills is consistency. She is prompt and does exactly what she's says she will. This is how trust was able to be formed between complete strangers What I leaned while seeing home after home, placing bids, and interacting with other realtors is that real estate is not for everyone. Unfortunately you find an alarming amount of individuals in this line of work with merely a plastic or paper card stating they are licensed in real estate. Rest assured that once you have decided to do business with Mrs. McCoy you will be fully represented with a knowledge and experienced realtor in your corner that dots ever "i" and crosses every "t". Mrs. McCoy was great about keeping a dialogue going centered around my wants and needs (as the client), as they often do change. Geneice is also extremely thorough. This thoroughness was complimented by her ability to keep all players in the game of real estate accountable and aided the purchasing of my current home. You owe it to yourself to give her a call and at least compare and contrast for yourself.

Mrs. McCoy took a personal interest in finding us the right home as made evident by her constant counsel and extraordinary dedication. As I write this review, I vividly remember Mrs. McCoy walking around in the bitter cold wind as she coordinated access to a house of interest. Most people would have rescheduled our appointment to get out of the cold whether. I HIGHLY recommend this agency to any potential home buyers. I most certainly plan to contract her again to purchase an additional rental property. Mrs. McCoy is prompt, she is loyal and she is a woman of very high integrity.
