No one ever came in nor did anyone answer the phone. A complete waste of driving 30 mins to this place to have to sit in the parking lot for 15 mins then have to drive back home.

However, when…read moreshe needed surgery to have her gallbladder removed, we notified the facility that her last day would be Wednesday, April 29th. Despite this, we were still charged the full month of May 2026 for $185. When I spoke with the owner, Mr. Hugo Juarez, he explained that a 30-day notice is required for account cancellation. Unfortunately, throughout the entire month of April, our family was focused on medical testing and coordinating surgery with El Paso Children's Hospital for our 9-year-old daughter, making it difficult to provide advance notice. We respectfully explained our situation, including the financial strain caused by my needing to miss a full week of work to care for her during surgery and recovery. Given these circumstances, we asked for understanding and consideration regarding the charge.
