Megan Frericks is great. I've been wearing hearing aids for 12 years and have researched hearing…read moreaids and audiologists extensively, and know that audiologist are just as important, if not more so, than the device itself. I brought my 86 year old parents to see Megan at Digital Hearing Aid Place for hearing tests and hearing aid fittings. She immediately put them at ease with her positive energy and fun wit. Megan has the technical skills. She identified a cholesteotoma in one of my dad's ears, stopped work and referred us to see an ENT. I liked the professional responsibility she displayed in her action and dad's issue is getting addressed. With mom, Megan had a great way of explaining to mom her hearing challenges and how to use the devices in a way that made sense to her. She did not push the highest, most expensive tech. Rather, she recommended the solution that would be workable and then programmed the hearing aids as to be simple for my mom to use. I'd recommend Megan wholeheartedly.

Please be careful if you are thinking about the hormone replacement pellets they sell. Christine…read moreis a very kind person, but the pellets have caused some major problems for me. Of course, this is just my experience but be forewarned. (I have had bio-identical hormones in cream form previously with no adverse side effects.) I am menopausal and have had bleeding with this hormone replacement. Christine tried increasing the progesterone dosage. It helped a bit, but still bleed. When my OB/Gyn heard this, she wanted me to come in for an ultrasound. Unfortunately, the results were not 'good' and now I have to go in for more testing. I can pick between 2 tests. Neither one is painless. This is to check that I don't have uterine cancer! Darn! Christine did have me get a blood test to determine the 'pellets' to inject. However, I don't think she should be prescribing this treatment. My doctor recommended an endocrinologist for hormone replacement. So far I have paid my OB/Gyn $350.00 to learn that I need more testing and $$$. The charge from Trouvaille Med Spa is going to be small compared to medical charges. Caveat emptor.

They do not bill insurance companies you have to submit to your insurance yourself. On 12/10/25 I was given Statement for reimbursement. Then when I came back in was told they coded it wrong and asked me to bring it back in and they would fix it. So, I brought it back in the following week. My last visit was on 12/31 and was told that the person to do the statement would process it on Friday 1/2. When I was visiting the office, my calls were answered every time I called. I have called and left message on 1/7, 1/21, 1/22, 1/26, 2/3 and they still has not gotten me my form so I can submit to get a refund from my insurance. This is the main reason I'm angry, the fact that I'm still have neck pain, and that I went there 3 days a week for 2 months and wasn't told to do any exercise until my last visit, then was showed an exercise to do, shouldn't I have been told this on day 1???

So I had to be seen by a staff member first. In march, I was seen by Jennifer Perkins. She requested labs to be done, which I did. I fasted for twelve hours and had my blood work done. In the meantime, my surgeon calls to schedule surgery, which was supposed to be this morning, April 25, 2019. Three weeks now, I've been scheduled. Three days BEFORE surgery, this office calls me to tell me I need to be seen again..they once again requested more blood work, because "they needed it in order to fax over the clearance. I called every hour on the hour to see if my results were in. If that clearance wasn't faxed to my surgeon by the 24th of april, my surgery was going to have to be rescheduled. And that is EXACTLY what happened. My surgeons office closed at 5 oclock, Cunas practitioner called me at 6:10 to let me know it was being faxed. Thanks guys, but it's too late! This place is a joke. You don't wait until three days before someone's surgery that's been a scheduled for weeks, to tell them you need more paperwork. They couldn't even call me to tell me what was going on. They continuously made promises I'd be contacted, but I never was..I had to do THEIR jobs and contact THEM. Today is the day I make the call and search for a new primary. I want to live and clearly I can't do that with these clueless people.
