Great Doctors, But Terrible Wait Times and Unfriendly Staff…read more We've been to this pediatric office several times, and while the doctors themselves are kind and good with kids, the overall experience has really gone downhill. At our most recent visit, we waited over an hour just to be brought to the back. The waiting room has no toys or anything to keep kids occupied -- just one TV that's always on. Once we finally got called back, the nurse taking my daughter's vitals was very short with her, didn't explain what she was doing, barely made eye contact, and just came across as generally unpleasant. Then, after all that, we waited another 30 minutes for the actual doctor. It's frustrating because the doctors are great once you finally see them, but the process leading up to that point is exhausting -- especially with young kids. Also worth noting, they're changing their policy to no longer being "jab friendly," which may be an issue for some families. After multiple visits with the same long waits and poor experiences with staff, we've decided to change practices. It's disappointing because the doctors are wonderful, but the overall process just isn't working for us anymore.

The staff make no effort to help or show concern. They come across as uninterested, lazy, and completely lacking in care for their patients. The nurses, in particular, have poor bedside manner and seem impatient with the kids. There's no warmth or professionalism anywhere in this office. The doctors might be fine, but the experience leading up to seeing them is unacceptable. Families deserve staff who actually care about the children they're treating.
