I engaged Joe to replace my internal electric panel. He and his younger partner Joe showed up on time (early in truth) to complete the job. They completed the job at the time they projected, the wiring was perfect and installed with precision and clarity. Joe, the younger partner, spent a lot of time testing all of the connections and labeling the panel in a clear manner. The finished product was better than I could have hoped for. Joe also arranged to have a drywall person follow his work to bring the wall together perfectly - drywall, texture and painted! He was so thorough and showed us pricing for various things they recommended vs. fixing the bare minimum. I liked the thorough break down. While he was here I had him look at a loose outlet I'd had issues with since I had bought my home. I had another electrician come out and look at it before and he is the one that left it loose. The prior electrician couldn't figure out why the bottom socket didn't work. Mike looked it over for maybe five seconds max and knew what caused the issue instantly. He replaced the whole socket and he explained step by step as he installed the new one, because I was curious about it. I was really happy with the service and will be using them going forward.

There were complications on their end with sourcing the refrigerant and originally was going to be until tomorrow to finalize the job. We explained that this was going to cost us revenue due to reimbursing guests. She took that to heart, personally went to their storage facility to procure the materials, and then coordinated the work this evening. And to top it off, she called just now at 8:30pm to close the loop and insure we knew it was fixed and tested. KATIE IS A SUNLOGIX ROCKSTAR... please give her and the team a big raise. The chargers are south of the 111 Hwy and located inside the LA Quinta Villages shopping center. It was a Saturday night and this station is currently one of the few Tesla Superchargers that offers discounted rates after 9:00 pm and the rate is only .34 kWh hour which is a bargain compared to .58 kWh at most superchargers in the Coachella Valley. I was the only vehicle charging at the time which gave me access to any of the 8 V3 superchargers. Heads up, there was a DUI check point being conducted on Washington Blvd by the sheriff's department but it was at capacity so they just waived me thru.
