We took our pontoon out tonight and when we brought it back and were parking it a vehicle pulled up and told us we couldn't park it in a spot along the road. Remember....no contract so we can park anywhere. We also parked on the end and backed up so our battery and motor were facing the road so it would be harder for anyone to steal. I followed him to the office and asked why we have to park in the back. We have no contract that states we have to. He said people have complained about boats in front. So he doesn't advertise that boats have to park in back but tells people selling boats they have to park in back. UNETHICAL. To even tell us that when there is no contract is B.S. I asked for my refund of one week because it's ridiculous to make up rules as you go. We have been there 3 days and all of a sudden he is making his own rules when there are no "rules". NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY. HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS

I had an opportunity to relocate out of state and I called Jim and left him a message that I would need access in the next week or so. His response was that I would not be able to move my boat with me. After several conversations he offered to make my property available for $500. Sadly, my boyfriend went to assess the situation after this conversation and assured me we could get it out. When we went to retrieve it we were able to get it. However, the boat that was parked where ours was a few weeks ago was buried with snow. More than when my boyfriend went to check. He tried to bury us. Beware of Jim.
