Okay where to begin. This is hands down the best MMA, BJJ gym to train that I have ever been to…read more I've trained at or went to scout out several. Its owned and operated by Din Thomas who is a UFC veteran, great instructor and overall great human being. The head instructor for the beginner class, kids classes and often full advanced classes, is Anthony, who is a good BJJ brown belt, great with both kids and adults, and seriously passionate about the sport. The highlights of this gym are the coaching, atmosphere, schedule, level of intensity and the students. The coaching is world class, so you know you are learning from the best. The atmosphere is great as its not a rigid "Yes Sensei!" kinda place (kinda is for the kids classes but in a good way), which for adults gets annoying fast. But bowing to the mats is a common show of respect and the students are none the less highly respectful. For adults there are plenty of students so you will not be matched against someone more advanced all the time. and there is a good sized white belt only class anyway with true adult students. It is not an intimidating place at all, everyone is really nice and it caters to all ages and ability levels. The schedule is one of the best anywhere. BJJ is available about 5 or more days a week in all skill levels both morning and night. Fight fitness classes that will get you in shape for sure, Kickboxing, which is the most popular class for guys and girls, (serious fat burning workout) and a later KB sparring class if you want to attend (optional). They also on occasion, have guest wrestling coaches to teach classes which will really help your game. So basically there is a class for the beginner or aspiring world champion. The level of intensity is perfect. Its a great level in the beginner classes in both BJJ and MMA, However, when you are ready for the advanced classes, you will be pushed to your limit and be in the shape of your life while learning how to be a great athlete and fighter. The gym also has a competition team which will compete in MMA and BJJ tournaments both pro and amateur. Lastly, the students really make the place. Most everyone is there for a love of the game and isn't trying to break your arm off. Most want to help you learn as well. So, in short, check the place out for you or your child. They even have free trials to see if you like it. Its right in the Treasure Coast Mall next to Kohl's.

We have 2 sons enrolled, and could not be more pleased with the classes, staff & management. I have…read moreknown the owners & management for years, as I personally took the class years ago with them. ATT PSL/Jensen Beach is top-of-the-line in MMA/jiu Jitsu, and former UFC fighter/owner Din Thomas is not only 100% hands-on and gracious, but genuinely interested in the advancement & well-being of our children. Dan Donaldson, the manager, is one of the most pleasant, up-front, standup guys you could ever hope to meet. I've read a couple nasty reviews regarding ATT, and these can all be linked to one disgruntled person with too much time on his hands. If you are looking for the top-rated MMA/Jiu Jitsu school on the Treasure Coast, you've found it! See you there! :)
