I have waited on hold for more than an hour any time I have tried calling and ended up hanging up. The message always says they are helping other customers and there are "X" amount of calls ahead of you, but the amount never goes down, so are they just not answering their phone calls????? Refills take forever and even when the website says they are ready, it's not always true. Every time I need a refill, even for something I've been taking for months, it's never ready when you need it. Whatever happened to good customer service, you won't find it here!!!!!
