However, I reached out to them because they were one of the only places in possession of a specific material I discovered and badly wanted (which is discontinued and in short shrift) for a long-awaited counter replacement. A representative contacted me to inform me that they only installed in their state (which is to be expected for these services). However, the rep also located a similar business very close to where I live, a business that carries this line of products, and explained they might have the product. I spent a lot of time looking for this brand near me, and didn't find this business- which is why I was emailing SC from NYS. I never would have found it on my own (I am a relentless searcher and hadn't), and they didn't have to take time out to help out someone who can't use their services. But they did.
