I put some of their sweet bbq sauce over the meat, perfection. I initially got this, plus an order of their fries, for my 94.5 y.o. grandmother, for her lunch... will alo be her dinner, most likely, and possibly her lunch tomorrow. lol (she's not a big eater, but she did tie into it, and left not a crumb (but I did need to trim the 'skin' off of the pickles, but I have to do it at McDonalds & BK & Wendy's too. So her, not the pickles which were great. In getting hers ready for her to eat, I did try a little bit of meat that fellou when I cut her sandwich in 1/2, so then I popped a French fry in my mouth as I put her 'extras' away for her supper. I decided I'd go grab the same meal once I got hungry. Now that I finished it... I might want it for dinner & lunch tomorrow too....

The friendly owner was just out there rocking it out taking orders and cooking all by himself! I ordered the "Big Meal" with one each of chicken and pork kabobs. I paid for extra lobster in my lobster bisque. It was adequate but barely warm. My lobster roll again was adequate but didn't present itself overflowing with lovely lobster meat. The meat was lifeless and limp, perhaps just past properly cooked. A bit chewy. But, well buttery and garlicky as the way I requested. The Whoopi pie was generically what they are. It was a treat, but, not the exciting event I'd hoped for in a $50 meal...

I've seen this truck parked on High Street long enough to know it's earned some serious street cred. On a misty Friday morning, my husband and I finally walked up and were greeted by THE FRIENDLIEST barista ever. Great mood, awesome vibes, and honestly, I felt like I walked away with a coffee and a new friend. Now, the coffee. I ordered their signature Galaxy Latte--lavender, vanilla, and basically all the things that are good in this world. I'm not usually a fan of trendy drinks, and colorful sprinkles on my coffee aren't normally my thing, but even they made me smile. This one easily ranks in my Top 5 Coffee Drinks in Columbus. My husband ordered their featured vanilla latte and was equally obsessed. We grabbed a seat under the cute little canopy, sipped our drinks, and thoroughly enjoyed our misty morning coffee date. It was $15 for the two drinks, which felt a little steep--but after tasting them? Worth it. Good coffee, great vibes, genuinely lovely people. And after looking up their business model online and learning a little more about what they're doing, I like them even more. Galaxy Coffee, you've got a new fan. I'll absolutely be back.
