The staff is nice, the place is very clean. I was a walk in and they helped me in a timely manner . I gave it a 3 starts because they did not help me with getting a refund. They did not ask questions , they just typed things in to get me in and out quick. I have never , had to pay or owe money to the IRS but this year filing with them I had to pay so much. When she was having trouble on submitting my covered California information, she just put all 0"s. A few weeks later they called me because the IRS funded me $200 back from I paid. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I came here to do my taxes with Benjamin and he did a HUGE mistake on one of my 1099s I made less than $1,800 and he put $11,000 on the system. Thank god I catched his mistake before leaving but I had already signed All paperwork. I went back and let him know of his mistake and all he said was ill take care of it tomorrow I have to leave, NO apology or anything!! 2 days later he returns my call with a rude attitude saying that he cant help me with my taxes anymore because he doesnt feel comfortable doing so anymore! HIS JUST MAD THAT I CAUGHT HIS MISTAKE!! Instead of trying to fix the problem or at least apologize, he started telling me all this nonsense on why he doesnt want to do my taxes anymore. Of course I DO NOT want him to do my taxes anymore!! Please DO NOT make the same mistake I made by coming here!! This mistake was going to cost me over $3,500!!! read more

I come here every year. It's a good thing I know what the prices are for taxes with them every year they try to squeeze $20+ away from me and I always catch them. I might be going elsewhere next year due to this I just don't like businesses that can't fly straight always trying to charge you and make it look like it's normal. Don't bug into this ask before how much for filing taxes! I hope you guys look into this as this is not right! I would have given 5 stars but that risky business brought u down 1 stars. Steer clear of these guys. My wife was recommended by a friend, they did a very poor job. We had to go to another tax company to amend what they submitted to the IRS. If you want to be audited and get a horrible return or have to pay money u shouldn't, these are your guys. Otherwise, find another place. My family has been coming here for years and this was my first time going in and was very excited since I heard nothing but awesome things. I was so wrong for going. I had an appointment at 4:30pm in the Escondido location and needed to be back in Oceanside by 6pm since my daughter had rehearsal. I didn't get seen until an hour after my appt!!! Not only that, he seemed to have lasted thru with other people & when our turn came it literally lasted 10/15 minutes. I didn't feel like he cared at all, I had so many questions but he rushed through everything I didn't feel like I was allowed to ask anything. I didn't feel like he tried to get us a good refund. I walked out feeling ripped off by paying them $194!! When on the phone he had told me it would be $55 this was my biggest regret of going and believing the hype about this place. Stay clear from this place and just do them somewhere else save yourself the $200.
