I usually get flour,sugar and oil, and also dog food, there's a 25kg bag for $360. Which when you have a big dog comes very useful plus it's a good quality product. Also when we have family reunions we buy all our meat, condiments & bread here. There's a baking section with lots of yummy baked goods at good prices. I did prefer when there was a variety of bagels to choose from but now they come in 1 flavour already packed. Sometimes you can also find good deals on clothes & shoes. You'll find less people if you go early morning during weekdays, weekends tend to be really busy and there big lineups but you don't have to wait for too long.
