He lives far and I was impressed that he was still willing to drive over and help us. Mike is a highly competent technician. He was able to diagnose the issue with our boiler and narrow it down to one of two possibilities. After ordering parts, he came back, as promised, to complete the job. We finally have a working boiler. Mike is a great and kind guy. He's honest, respectful, friendly and reliable. He won't let you down. I appreciate that he kept in touch when he was en route. We are grateful for all his help and wouldn't hesitate to re hire him.

He diagnosed the problem quickly (low refrigerant) and charged it up so everything was back up and running. I needed emergency service from my regular HVAC company but they did not do emergency calls for AC on weekends. I had three mini split systems installed by the ductless master LLC from Fall River about six…read moremonths ago. I started experiencing leaks coming from one of the units. The ductless master showed in two occasions and after two no call no shows, I decided to not work with them and search for different contractor. I was glad to found JT Comforts. They were very knowledgeable, they came out right away, and were able to detect multiple issues with the previous contractors installation that was causing the leaks . Josh recommended a stronger pumps and with a fair price they had to redo the other contractors installation , and did it the right way. Overall Josh and his team did an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing the problem. I haven't had any leaks since was done. He and his team were professional, efficient, and kind. I had 2 people come out and I wanted to get one more opinion because the other 2 were confusing. When I explained my situation, he started asking me questions about the quotes. Not being and expert, I didn't have answers to his questions. He asked why they were recommending the equipment that they were. I explained that they indicated that I needed to replace the entire system as well as the A/C condensers because of the new federal requirements. He told me that they were selling me a bridge that I would never use. He also used the "F" word to me. He indicated that he was familiar with many of the houses in my neighborhood. I explained that is why I called him. When I asked him to come out to check it, he rudely said, "Good luck to you." and hung up on me. He was incredibly abrupt and at times abusive on the phone. I will never recommend him.

They emailed me a quote I called them the next day and a couple of time after that to have the repairs done. They never called me back.
