There's a rooftop terrace that overlooks all of Benevento and surrounding areas, and the hotel itself is a wonderful place to stay. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and I left there feeling like I had been really well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel - AND it's walking distance to many of the town's historical sites, as well as shops & plenty of restaurants. The town is a beautiful small town and I can't wait to return!

The street can get a bit noisy, but once you're inside, it's a peaceful retreat. There are plenty of drinking places just outside the hotel. Interior - The hallways are spacious and accessible for those with disabilities, and there's also a small elevator or stairs available. You might hear some footsteps from guests entering and exiting their rooms, though. I'd suggest checking out the restaurant just outside the hotel; they offer a sweet 10% discount for hotel guests. The hotel was incredibly clean, though it had a bit of a college vibe with IKEA-style furniture. Getting from the Naples train station was a bit of a challenge, especially with our large luggage, so we ended up taking a car service. The only downside is that you have to hand in your key each time you leave. They do have a 24-hour front desk, and the staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I initially booked a queen bedroom, but they upgraded us to a larger unit with stairs and a loft-like feel. I wouldn't recommend the loft if you have mobility issues, as the bathrooms are upstairs. There's a sofa downstairs. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a walk, ability and access to some of the touristy spots. However, it is pretty far from some of the other highly rated pizza places or the coast. You're really depends on what you're looking for, but I do think this is the best hotel in the central Naples area. It was very safe.

Well appointed, with an open air concept, cool breeze, and the best Hugo Spritz I have ever had in my life. The decor is what dreams are made of. They even went out of their way to deliver a birthday surprise to my room. They helped me when I needed taxis and had GREAT suggestions for activities in their beautiful city! The cleaning staff was AMAZING as well. I don't know what they buff the marble floors with in the rooms but every time I re-entered my room after they cleaned it, the room was spotless and smelt heavenly! If I ever return to Naples, I will be sure to stay there again HANDS DOWN!!!

Our previous hotel in Naples, as well as the one we stayed at in Sorrento, didn't have much floor space and we barely had space to open both our suitcases. We had to put at least one on the ground and step over it every time. So I really appreciated that I could walk around normally with both suitcases open. Hotel was clean overall, and location was nice. It was by the water so had a nice view. And there were a bunch of taxis parked next to it so when we had to take an early morning taxi to the airport, it arrived within a minute or so of the hotel "calling for a taxi" (which actually meant someone leaned out the door and waved one of them down). I'd stay here again.

this is a beautiful property near amalfi town; you get what you pay for--an expensive five star…read morehotel with perfect, friendly service, an amazing breakfast, a gym with a great view, a heated pool on the edge of the ocean; shuttle service to take you the 8 minutes down to the town of amalfi. only downside for our room (which was very nice) was looking out over the road--in addition to the ocean view, and hearing some horns from the buses rounding the sharp corners. looks like many rooms face the other side though. just be aware it can be pricey to take a taxi to nearby small towns (it was 130 euros for us to get to agerola). can take the bus or the ferry from amalfi. lots of restaurants in/around the town of amalfi though, and the hotel has two nice restaurants. again, can't say enough about the staff.

This restaurant is located in the iconic hotel Santa Caterina, which is a globally recognized historic hotel. Service is wonderful. Of particular interest, however, is that they handed the women in the group a menu with no prices and the men the menus with the prices....hmmm... a bit concerning to say the least. Definitely a first. Oh, and be sure to use the restroom-you won't believe the views!
