Terry was prompt to respond to my voicemail, letting me know that he'll have a quote for me within a few hours. Shortly thereafter, he followed up with his quote, gave me a great price on a harvest rental along with some implements. He explained the Kubota Corp rebates/offers/options. Terry's office provided his cell phone number from the beginning and he was responsive from my initial call to my many follow-up questions via text and phone call. I'm very impressed with Terry's excellent customer service and Holt Ag's pricing. I grew up in NorCal on a farm, and after 20+ years, I recently decided to ease back into farming. I also have several friends who farm, so I did my research and checked prices from Kubota dealers all over central and NorCal. Holt Ag prices blew away all the Kubota competition! With Terry's outstanding customer service/responsiveness/information and Holt Ag's pricing, they both have earned my constant referrals and future business. I should have my tractor delivered on Friday and will update my post/review once I get it.

The service manager basically told me that it is what it is and it's just not worth putting any more time into it. He gave me $1100 of the $4900 bill but it still burns me to get back making the same grinding and now additional noises that it didn't before. I may be in the market now for a new tractor but will not be purchasing from HOLT!! Honestly I feel that all of the labor cost should've been given back and just held to the parts since they couldn't do the job correctly.

I spent over $2,300 on a solar fountain system from RPS Solar Pumps, and this has been one of the…read moremost frustrating purchases I have ever made. First, the system arrived with incorrect instructions and missing parts. My contractor, who owns his own business and installs equipment like this regularly, had to make multiple trips to The Home Depot just to find parts that should have been included. The wiring and components that were sent were incorrect, and the manual they provided did not match the actual equipment. Without my contractor's electrical experience, we likely would not have been able to get the system running at all. Customer service was also extremely disappointing. When I called for help, Eric was rude and provided no real answers other than saying he would notify a manager. Anastacia, who followed up by email, was not helpful either. The only person who attempted to assist was Carmen, who spoke directly with my contractor. She stated that based upon what was being read to her from my contractor that in fact they did send either the wrong product or wrong instructions. Carly (sales associate) was the person who strongly encouraged me to purchase the mount kit for the solar panels, claiming it was on sale and recommending I buy it before the sale ended. I agreed and paid about $450-$500 for it. The following week I checked the price again and saw the same item listed for significantly less, around $329. That alone was frustrating. Even worse, the product listing and sales conversation suggested the mount included a pole, which it did not. I only purchased it because I was told it would make installation easier. In reality, my contractor said we could have built a mount with a pole ourselves for $100-$150. Once we finally got the pump working, another major issue appeared. I specifically asked how high the fountain spray would go because my pond is large. Carly told me the fountain would reach 6-8 feet high. In reality, it barely reaches around 4 feet, which is nowhere near what was represented. The solar performance is also extremely poor. The fountain only runs properly in direct sunlight. Even a small amount of shade -- like someone briefly walking in front of the panels -- causes the pump to slow dramatically or stop. That is not what I expected from a company claiming to sell the "#1 solar fountain in the U.S." Overall, this has been a very stressful and disappointing experience: * Missing parts * Incorrect manual * Misleading product representation * Overpriced mounting kit * Poor solar performance * Unhelpful customer service After spending thousands of dollars, this situation is completely unacceptable. At this point I expect either a full resolution, repair, or refund because the product and experience did not match what was promised. I would strongly advise others to do extensive research before purchasing from RPS Solar Pumps or not purchase from this company at all. If I could leave 0 stars. I would. Complete horse shit!

I had my tractor repaired by this business just recently. They fixed the 3-point hydraulic issue…read more They charged $2,114.53. I paid without questioning, as I always do. When I got my tractor back to my property, one hydraulic hose from the loader to the panel was leaking heavily, and the guy said " oh, I forgot to put the ceilings". Also, one of the 2 handles that operate the loader, was missing something, it was too loose and fell off. I bought a 3-point toplink arm from them, they told me that they have a used one, I accepted it. Their part, unlike the original, has extra wings on the 2 balls of the 2 ends. The guy was supposed to remove the wings for the part to fit, one side on the tractor that he did, and the other side to fit the implements that he didn't do. Again when he saw it, he said "oh I forgot to do the other side". Right after he left my property, I tried to use my tractor, the leak was so annoying dripping oil on my foot, the loader couldn't be used properly because of the handle, and I couldn't put on any implement because of the wing on one side of the arm. I called them and explained, they agreed to come and charge 1 hour minimum. Even though it, all, was their fault, I agreed even though I was feeling it was unfair. Next day the guy showed up, spent 15 - 20 minutes to fix, what he forgot to do when he put the tractor's parts together when it was in their shop. Today, I received the new invoice, it was $386.23 with 3 hours labor * $125 = $375. I checked my credit card, it was already charged. I called them inquiring about it saying that you spent 15 - 20 minutes fixing something that you were supposed to do in the first place. Their reply was, we charged you for the travel time!!! A respectful business would fix their mistakes for no charge. Even though I, volunteerly, agreed to pay them, per their word, the one hour minimum, they charged me $386.23. This was unprofessional, disrespectful, and a rip off.
