So I pulled over and wandered into Viva Gallery Artists Cooperative and could not have been happier. The art on display here is a true reflection of place; gorgeous paintings of the countryside, people and animals; unique jewelry, beautiful mirrors handcrafted out of wood from local trees,scarves, and stunning photographs of the Amish countryside and farms are just a few of the items on display. They do a great job as well of having items on all ends of the price spectrum, including a great collection of greeting cards with the same art that is represented in larger scale. I love that they are a Co-Op as well! Stop in to browse the art, choose a memento to take home, and leave your money behind to support the artists and this quaint little town.

Bi-monthly Friday night openings are the place to be for camaraderie among culturally minded residents and visitors. Programming is creative and fun, with "Art on the Porch" demos from local artists every Saturday during summer and "Great Draw" sidewalk art competition for charity in early autumn.
