Been a long time customer but reconsidering over the past few years. Received a random invoice from the President Eric for $30,000. Haven't had work done on our website in years. After numerous run around calls. He says he sent it to the wrong customer. Pretty big oops if you ask me. He also sounded. Spaced out if I had to put it into words. It was the middle of the working day. Not sure. Many employees there sound very much like him. I would be careful with your money around this company. I'm posting this anonymously because this company has a reputation of raising prices on difficult customers. Which is why my buddy who referred me pays much less than I do for hosting. Very shady business practices where prices change depending on who you are.

During our meeting, that's when I really got to share everything about the business. Jason was incredibly attentive, patient, and thoughtful throughout. He actively engaged, offering clear, actionable suggestions to address our identity crisis. For example, he helped me identify a key missing element in our content and suggested to incorporate story-telling and adding a more personal touch. Unfortunately, we weren't able to fully work together due to the stage of my business, as we needed to focus locally first before venturing into Jason's market. Even so, his insights were invaluable and gave me a solid direction to move forward with confidence. Overall, I highly recommend Jason for anyone seeking expert branding advice. His ability to deeply understand a business's unique needs and provide clear, actionable guidance really sets him apart.
