We pressed the button for nurse services but it takes 45 min to someone showed up with very bad attitude. The nurse didn't even listen to us and didn't ask anything, she just stared at us and said "can I go now", i was in shocked and said no you cant go because you haven't done anything. She turned to me and very rudely said " why are you talking for him". I couldn't believe that someone specially nurse can be this much rude. I asked for supervisor and they said someone named " Gloria" is their supervisor. I didn't want to make a big deal in front of the patient and called the facility after left there. Since 2 weeks ago im waiting for her to call me and so mad that they ignored me. Need to add that i called the facility couple of time and left my contact information. I don't want to leave negative reviews for any business but this type of service is not acceptable for anyone. I tried to solve the problem via phone but their level of ignorance is other level. I built a guesthouse for her and as her care needs grew, I was there for her. Unfortunately, at home care became nearly impossible. She fell 3 times in just under a week. The falls were violent and damaging. When the paramedics arrived after the third fall one of them pulled me to the side and told me that the most important step going forward was for me to keep my mother safe and suggested I place her in an assisted care home. That morning, as the ambulance left my house, I made the heartbreaking decision to find a place where she would have 24 hour care and be safe. I found MK Quality Care and went over to talk to the owners, Mariam and Karo. They are a husband wife team with a family of their own and that shows through at MK. The house feels like a home. The staff is like family. In fact, my son and one of the care givers son attend the same university. The property has a wonderful front yard (behind a wall) for residents to sit and enjoy the weather. The house is impeccably clean and there is always fresh food being cooked. Karo even brings fresh apples from his house! I consider everyone there to be part of my extended family. I even chat with the other residents when mom falls asleep. This review is long in the making. My mother has been a resident there for a year and a half now. Recently she was placed on hospice. This process was made much more manageable with help from Mariam. She understands how the system works and can get things done fast. She's been a life saver for my family and does what she does because she cares. I want to wrap this review up by saying that moving my mother (the single woman who sacrificed so much of her life to raise me and my siblings) from my home was maybe the hardest decision I've ever made but it was the right choice. My mother has been well cared for, loved, and most importantly she is safe. I hope this helps you make your decision with your loved one.

The staff truly treats all the clients as if they were family, they even treat me as a family! Always have something delicious cooking in the kitchen and truly have a real family atmosphere in all three of their homes. All the residents are always clean and taken good care off. The administrators Rus and Elina call me with all the new orders and always check on me if everything was done and on time. You can tell they care, because of the way they check my work.
