My doctor told me to get to a dentist right away or I'd be in the hospital. I had the misfortune of trusting the horrible Health Ministries Dental. Since then, I've found that my experience is not unique. They knew how dire my situation was. After waiting to have my appointment, they called and said they could get me in a few days earlier. GREAT, because I was hurting so very, very bad and I'm getting sicker and sicker. I have diabetes and COPD and I'm almost 70. I filled out several pages of information and made copies of everything for them. Then, the day before my appointment, they INSISTED on getting my credit card information, along with the 3 digit code on the back of the card. They wouldn't see me, unless I gave the information. I didn't like that, because no one had EVER insisted on that before, but like a fool, I gave them the information. Now, I have to worry about identity theft! The next morning, I was prepared for my appointment, when I received a phone call from a Brenda with the Health Ministries Dental Clinic. She said she had made a MISTAKE, when she made the appointment for me and they had scheduled the appointment too late for me. The dentists might have other patients and wouldn't be able to get to me in time to take X-Rays and do the Consultation. I was crushed, because I'd been waiting so long. I said, "Well, can I reschedule?" She said, "Yes! We're taking appointments for JANUARY 2024!!!" Remember, this was July 2023. That was 6 months away!!! I could be dead from the infection, long before then. She then, said they could give me a call, if someone ever cancelled. I told her Not To. I couldn't go through this again. I'm trying to find a reputable dentist that can help me. If not, I'll be back in the hospital. I'm HIGHLY OFFENDED that they use the word MINISTRIES in their name. They don't pray to the same God I do. My God would have nothing to do with those people!!

Stopped by here several times this summer for a mid cycling cafe stop. I love the atmosphere and…read morethat adds to the enjoyment. But I believe it's time to move on to Bentley for mid ride stops. I've had muffins previously. They have one for display, however I am never served that one. The one served I believe they are kept frozen until ordered. Today there were three staff standing at the counter. I was second in line. The girl in front of me was indecisive on what type of ice cream to order. Two of the staff made eye contact but nope. They waited to see what the girl wanted then one served her and the other did nothing (plus the cashier). I understand one cashier. How about "hey can I get you started with something?" Nope. Then I ordered a short Americano. The beans tasted like they have set in the machine for some time. I didn't look to see how they were ground. I wouldn't be surprised if they were preground. They were stale and absent of life. Then I am not sure how much coffee was used but it was so thin I could see the bottom of the cup. I love to support small town. But I'm done here. A cup of drip coffee from bulk beans at a cafe is way better. I hope you change. Maybe I'll try once next year hopeful that you change.
