Dan Duffy stopped by with his laptop and a few different options to choose from. It took less than a week for the crew to come by and cool us down. The entire team including the two secretaries that I spoke with over the phone are extremely knowledgeable and really nice. The crew came by with protective gear over their boots and they even spread protective mats on the floors throughout the house. All of their 5 star reviews are deserved. I 100% recommend! Thank You So Much!!!

I have to say, they are one of the most respectful, knowledgeable companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The came when promised, installed new equipment, cleaned up after themselves and, on top of it all, were really pleasant despite the 95 degree heat. I would highly recommend.!

They guaranteed their work for one year and it was about two weeks after the one year mark where we had a leak. Another plumber came in and told us that the job was never completed. Now we want to sell the house and we are told that the work that was done on this air conditioning heating system was not done correctly. I would highly NOT recommend them! Luckily I turn my water off before leaving for an extended period. When I called to speak with Mitchell they informed me I was called and emailed. Not true. The excuse was that it was a cold and snowy winter which disrupted their schedules. The Mitchell website is basically useless. Their is very little detail and visibility into your account. Also other companies offer remote monitoring devices that they can monitor as well as an app you can follow as well. Mitchell pricing is not the best as well. Look elsewhere for service.

When AJ (tech 41) got here, the very first thing he did was explain that I would no longer have the fuel gauge on the tank so I could know how much oil was there. When I asked about being able to see it on the website, he quickly connected with his supervisor and told me currently I would be unable to know but at some point there would be an app. I decided to wait, and AJ wrote up a clear note. He was professional, knowledgeable, clear, patient. Everything a customer wants. Even though it was a small job that was cancelled by me in the end.

Areas of improvement- Their virtual assistant that picks up when you call is atrocious. Took the appointment but they dispatched the wrong guys for the job I needed done. I also was trying to get someone at twebber and dealing with the AI assistant to call back the person who called me is impossible. The plumbing manager Matthew is a moron. 1/10 do not recommend. Don't bother dealing with him. The pricing is absolutely insane. They charged me 5700 for a job that took less than two hours and maybe 100 worth of materials. Legitimately- it should've been half of that. My sewer line detached from the clean out line. Twebber will come immediately. So my recommendation is call a few other companies in an emergency first. If they can get to you quickly you will save a ton of money. If none of them can come quickly, Twebber will but you're gonna get RAKED.
