I did not realize at the time when I bought them, that they're not waterproof. So, of course after rain and snow there were water stain marks all over them. I brought them here and he was able to buff out almost the entire stain. There is still some stain slightly visible but I knew it was impossible to completely eradicate the stains. He also buffed the boats which made them shiny and gave them an almost new look. I dropped them off on a Monday and picked them up Thursday, so the turnaround time was quick. He also only charged me $10, which I thought was a very good price. I was very impressed and happy with the entire experience. I'm glad I finally found my go to shoe repair shop and I will definitely be brining my other shoes here for now on!
