I have visited At-Pro several times! Each time, I've received top-notch customer service from the store manager, service center, and sales people. The sales reps are always helpful and quite knowledgeable about the different equipment and their recommendations for my particular needs. I've witnessed first hand one of their sales reps going above & beyond to find exactly what a customer was looking for, as opposed to trying to up-sell them something different! Never bring a John Deere to be serviced. The service department is completely incompetent

This place is the only one in Jacksonville that will service a John Deere, and they won't schedule or plan their maintenance. I dropped off my mower for an overhaul and it took them TWO WEEKS to even LOOK at it, and they said it would be at least another week to do the maintenance and repairs. Whomever is running this place is operationally hopeless. read more

I can safely say the customer service as well as the ACTUAL REPAIR SERVICE is poor. I had to wait 2 weeks for my zero radius to get picked up by them, two weeks for the "repair " that was never done but they charged me over $1300. They delivered the mower back unrepaired so they came and picked it up again and now it's been two weeks and they are still "testing " it. Upon looking at reviews, I will never buy John Deere products again. Other repair shops can only work on the John Deere engine!!! read more

Dropped off a John Deere self propelled walk behind mower for transmission repair. After 2 1/2 week and no word I called to check on status, and told they had not looked at but would get right on an estimate. After another week I called and no estimate. After yet another week and a half I went to get my mower as no one ever called. I was told they did look at my mower and it needs a carburetor, lol. What a joke!! Go elsewhere. I can't believe how customer service has gone down in the past year. I ordered a part by phone and was told it would cost me x-amount of money they never even called me when the part arrived. I called when I thought the part was in and they said it was in so I hopped in my car and went down to pick it up. When I picked up the tractor trailer and paid the bill they added on an additional $40 for shipping which they never informed me from the beginning. read more

I have bought numerous pieces of of equipment from Ag Pro Jax over the past several years. I can't say enough. i called to inquire about a tractor and was lucky enough to get Colin Dzion as my sales rep, since that day. He has been my go to. If there is an issue, he takes care of it promptly. I never have issues with service, my machines are taken care of quickly. What I will say further is when Colin is not available Ben and Daniel stand ready in his place to assist. I highly recommend this location!!!!! read more

Ag Pro- Jacksonville (John Deere mower repair) 6/13/19 repair for walk behind John Deere mower - never called me back with an estimate for the carburetor repair (had to call them). - 4 days later I had call them and get a quote of about $150 and it would be fixed that day. - called 3 days later (still no calls from their rep) and went to pick up and found out the price has now doubled to $338+ Epic customer service fail as they didn't care that I questioned their practices. Feel ripped off... Update- as I was typing this, a rep named Bill called me and refunded half of the $338+ charge to make it right. read more

Wow!!! This is my first review ever, BTW. I Left work an hour early, drove 45 minutes across town in rush hour traffic. I arrived at 5:20 PM, one gate was open there was a truck in the parking lot but the doors were locked no one would answer the phone. Really??? Where is customer service anymore? The door and their website said they close at 6 p.m. I will not be returning to this business. I will however be purchasing my second 30,000 new tractor this month, but not from here! read more

My wife and I barely got out of our vehicle when we were inundated with questions by not only one but two sales people. Prices are way over what I have experienced in other John Deere dealerships. Guess I will drive to Leesburg to see Everglades, they know how to treat a customer. Ag-Pro will never get any of my hard earned dollars. read more

Ok,can't hold this in anymore. John Deere having an excellent reputation and very dependable tractors. My neighbor has had his for almost 15 with no major repairs needed. I researched all brands of zero turn mowers for two weeks. We decided o John Deere (total cost was $3,000) After 6 months my husband hit a stump. We had extended warranty so we arranged for my son to take it and drop it off for repair. Asked for a call with approximate cost of repairs. We never received that call so I called on a Saturday and was told by Chris in the service dept. it will be ready for pick up on Monday. I have a Jeep and need to arrange for someone with truck/trailer to assist me and drive the 52 miles one way to pick it up. Was unable to complete my yard( an acre and a 1/2) before the mower shut off and wouldn't start again. So here we go, arranged for someone to drive the 52 miles one way to drop it off again. Again requested a call prior to repairing. Mower there for a week, no call. Again I called and spoke with Chris again. He explained what the issue was and how long it would take to repair. This issue is covered by warranty. We we're gonna be off on Friday before Memorial Day. Call to verify mower was repaired and ready for pick up and there's no cost. Was told yes ma'am it is ready. Again paid someone to drive 52 miles one way to pick up mower. When they (my daughter and her boyfriend) get there Chris looks over the mower and says there is a bolt missing, they check their stock and said I don't have one and it will take 2 to 3 days before I can get it here. She calls me and asked what I wanted her to do. I told her it's not ready, leave it and I will call and talk to the service dept for the details. Now if you haven't been keeping up with the total miles driven for this repair. It's up to over 200 miles to drop off then pick up. Now I'm told I'm going to have to drive another 100 plus miles to pick up when finally ready. I call requested to speak with a manager, guess who that was,yes Chris. Was told I can return that day and pick up mower today since missing bolt wouldn't hurt anything. My stupid female question was how was I to know that John Deere places bolts on mowers that are not needed. He laughed and said it did have a function. So my response was, that's why I had her leave it until all repairs are completed and why didn't someone give a final look before telling you customer it's ready. He insisted they repaired the issue it was brought in for. I don't know, maybe it's just me, if I was repairing something, not only would I fix the issue you noticed but I would ensure their were no more issues you the customer may not know are possible. I asked how I will be compensated for the loss of my time and by the time I finally get it picked up for 2 ND repair it would be over 300 miles. Chris offer delivery at a cost of $75. I demanded they deliver at no cost. I further explained if your time is with $75 for only one round trip then mine should be worth $225 for the 3 round trips I will have made to get my mower repaired so my yard can be finished. I also reminded him he repaired my mower then it didn't even run for an hour. Finally he agreed to deliver it at no cost. Finally happy but shouldn't have had to go through all that. Maybe you should drive the extra mile in order to get better customer service. I will next time. Thanks for allowing me to rant!!!! read more
