It was so easy to make an appointment, communicating via text message. Please note, it is at her residence, but she is a licensed therapist. I did not feel uncomfortable, room was no different than any other business where I have had massages before. If anything, it is more serene not interacting with other clients/staff nor busy parking lots. I appreciated her holistic approach, and using oils that are vegan/cruelty-free, no heavy creams with perfumes or chemicals that are commonly used. She is soft spoken, gentle with guiding my positioning, I could tell she is passionate about her work. I had mixed up an oil at home that I brought (castor oil w/peppermint) and she had no problem using it for my massage. There was a light glow from a Himalayan salt lamp, there was meditational music in the background, and a gong that produced soothing vibrations. I would not hesitate to come back to her for my next massage!

There was no call back, instead today I opened a letter from a collection company regarding the account. Needless to say I am quite upset about this and will be getting on the phone again to get this debacle straightened out. Ugh!

Also the staff and trainers are friendly and accommodating. The treadmills are very sleek and easier to use when you do your running blocks. There is more space on the floor to do the weights and other core exercises. They also have two shower rooms in addition to the bathrooms if you have to go directly to work or an engagement. Having both lockers and cubby holes for placing your valuables also helps. The layout also works very well where there are two entrances at opposite ends of the workout room depending on if you are starting on the floor with weight and core strength exercises or the tread and rower. You don't feel like you are stuck in a queue to get your position. I applaud the OTF finally opening in Westlake and alternate between that and Royal Palm for my workouts.
