At the time of booking, Allison required a deposit and stated that the remaining balance would be due on the day of the event. However, starting September, Allison began calling and texting me repeatedly asking for the final payment early, saying she is experiencing financial hardship. Despite this being against our original agreement, I went ahead and paid the balance before the event date. On the day of the event, Allison called and texted to say her truck had broken down and that she would not be able to provide the carriage service. She promised a refund but claimed she couldn't issue it until she received her pay check. I have not received any refund. She has since stopped responding to my calls and messages completely. About after 1 week, I text her again, Allison told me to shove it up my ass and called me a filthy human. This experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful, especially for such an important occasion. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK SMITHFIELD HORSE AND CARRIAGE OR WORK WITH ALLISON REYNOLDS! She is UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE, and based on my experience, THIS FEELS LIKE A SCAM.
