Terrible service - I went to the store in Frankfurt, and…read morebought an amplifier, the seller told me that the amp is in the shop and I can take it now, but I chose to send the amp to my house and they assured me that the shipment will arrive within 3 days to my house because the amp is in store. - 3 days past 4 days and more and the amp did not come. After 7 days I called to ask why the amp I paid for it has not yet arrived, and the seller on the phone assured me that the amp was sent to my house, and is in the mail and he will come to me in a few days. - I called my mail and they told me that delivery is not due to come to my house. - I called the store again, and I talked to the seller (who was very rude and would not really help me. He came back and told me several times: if I do not want the amp I can cancel the order .. (what service ?!)) and said the amplifier was sent to me, I pointed out to him what I was told in the mail and it did not interest him. He told me that the amp is in store if I want, I can come and get it from the store. I insisted that he would give me the number of the shipping department. - I called the day after the shipping department (10 days have passed since the order) and they told me they did not send the amp at all. And the amplifier is not sent to me !!. He said he would send me the amp today and it will come within 3 or 4 days (?? !!). I asked to speak to the manager and he might be able to help me but every time we called we were told the manager was busy and unable to talk to us .. so we insisted and after two hours and 5 calls every time they told us that he was busy and try to call later we caught the manager and we told him the whole story as described here his answer was that he would send me the amp on the same day by express, and it will come within 2-3 days .. !! At that moment I decided to cancel the order and take my business elsewhere. Never have I encountered such appalling service! I will not go into the store again and will recommend to all those I know not to do business with them at all. Today I bought the amp in another store with great service "Cream Music" and now I'm enjoying the new amplifier
