Kind of a meh market. There's a lot to see, but nothing too unique. Tons of fish mongers, and…read morepeople selling vintage or used clothing. Or maybe just very unfashionable clothing. Lots of random other stands like cell phone accessories and fidget spinners and toothpaste. I guess it's more of a thing you go to for grocery shopping, and not really great for tourists. Also super crowded, so it takes a while to walk through end to end.

Make sure to walk over the entire market to compare prices before buying something, as especially the stands further away from the street tend to have a better price/quality ratio. If you are here on vacation make sure to check out the cheese stand, where you can also try different cheeses. Also make sure to buy some fish, its so fresh I regularly use it to make my own sushi!
