I called and no one answered so I had to leave a message. I could not even get a quote or any info without sending an email which I did. Turned off by the fact I could not talk to anyone I went to second name on list. The website showed me pictures of options which was very helpful. The owner Chris answered the phone right away. I told him what I thought I needed and he advised me I likely needed two tents. Within a few minutes he sent me a quote for the two tents and lights. And within 20 minutes we had made all the arrangements. Meanwhile it took the first bigger company four days to even contact me! We get there and was talking to the owner Jeremy and the manager. Jeremy offered us Dunkin' Donuts while he was assisting another customer. We asked to see the chair because I was mainly afraid it wouldn't fit inside the SUV. So the manager told us it wouldn't fit and if it did he would give us a dollar each because he has done this before. So we knew we had to try since this was my last chance. He grabbed the chair and Jeremy, my friend and I watched as the chair fit like a glove right in the car. It was perfect! We were obviously happy! We also got our dollar each, lol which was actually funny! Jeremey processed our payment and of course yelp came through and offered 5% off for our first rental! It was great & worked out perfectly!!
