I started off paying $67 for my unit and now they are charging me $136 per month. They have…read morethreatened to take all my belongings while I was waiting for the manager to contact me back. They have increased the prices at their own free will and now have sold out to another company locking me into a price of $136 a month. These places should be have lawsuits like crazy. There are numerous people who have had their unit broke into. We also had mice infestation in our unit. It destroyed thousands of dollars in clothes, shoes, furniture, etc.. They didn't have the traps set to kill of rodents on the outside of units.

In December, our lock was removed and stuff had been stolen from our unit. The assistant manager…read moreplaced a key lock on the unit but failed to notify me that our unit was missing the lock or that it appeared to be rummaged through. After calling for over a month trying to gain access to the unit we finally got ahold of the property manager who had been on leave for two months. She said she would meet and remove the lock and waive the late fee (I figure the only way to get someone to call me was by not paying) but refused to budge on waiving one months worth of rent. We have filed a police report for the missing items that were my husbands dad's who died when he was 7 years old. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. We are done with this company and I encourage you to take your business elsewhere if you value your property.
