Darin was so easy to work with -- super responsive, flexible, and the setup was clean and perfect for our backyard. We ended up having about 30 kids enjoy it all weekend (toddlers through pre-teens... and honestly some parents too ). It even rained on party day and he generously let us keep it longer, which made such a difference. Super flexible on pick up and drop off times. This is the second time we rented the big house with the slide. Daren provides all the materials you need to move, load, store overnight, and operate. Kids had several waves of friends through the weekend. They are sleeping well! read more

Workers are so inconsiderate. They said they were contracted. They were setting up for a neighbor. They parked in front of our house, blocked our driveway, walked through our yard and when I asked them to move their vehicle right away and quit walking through our yard and our driveway the guy said sorry but never moved the vehicle and continued to walk through the yard. Absolutely no consideration or respect for anyone or others property. I called the company left them a message and they never bothered to call back. They were open for quite a while too. It wouldn't have been so bad if when they said sorry they moved the vehicle. Also if the company/owner would have contacted us back. Everyone is a potential customer or a referral to others. Even the basic courtesies didn't happen. read more

If you have a party with excited children planned then DEFINITELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My mother-in-law planned a party and paid for the bounce house to be delivered at noon, but we have been waiting with 10 excited small children for 4 hours past the planned delivery and the owner keeps pushing off the delivery time. This is poor business! We have had to find alternative plans to entertain our children for the day. He has now stop responding to my mother-in-law's messages about when the bounce house will be delivered and basically "ghosted" her. We expect a full refund for this horrible service! read more

Very disappointed. We booked a bounce house and cotton candy machine for our daughters 4th golden birthday party; which was on a Sunday. The Tuesday before, my husband called to verify all the details and be sure it was good to go. Party day comes... 10:00am set-up time, no show. No phone call... had to call them and ask where they were and was told, "everyone's order is messed up today, the website screwed up and had everyone scheduled for pick up and not delivery" Which is total BS because we confirmed everything on Tuesday. Party was 11am-2pm ... no bounce house. Awesome. Everyone was very bummed out. It finally showed up around 1:00. Oh - and the sticks for the cotton candy machine were forgotten as well. So we had to do our best using straws and zip locks. Goooooooooooood times. Do not recommend and will never use again. read more

Don't use this guy he's a crook. I reserved a bouncy slide for my daughter's birthday paid the deposit later that night Darin called me and told me that they had gotten a new website and forgotten to take that inflatable off as it was no longer available. He assured me he would reverse the charges on my card. It's now three weeks later I've sent several messages he's promised to return my money by PayPal or Venmo because he said he can't figure out how to reverse the charges through the bank. Needless to say I still have not gotten my deposit back and I don't think I ever will. He had decent reviews on Google yelp and Facebook clearly they are false. Go through a more reputable company. Save your money and your time. I've filed a complaint with BBB.... read more

Horrible horrible company. Because of them, my son never got his waterslide for his party. Hard to get ahold of. Continued to lie to me about when the slide would be delivered. Ignored my calls and texts the day of the party and never showed up even when they said they were on the way finally. This company is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They may be cheap but I would have gladly paid more with another company that would actually show up. I cannot say enough bad things about my experience with them. Very late, wrong product, bad smell. I reserved a bouncy house in advance. Asked to have it a 11am for 12 to 3pm grad party. Darrin called the morning of to tell me he wanted to offer me a great deal, an upgrade to an obstacle course. I declined. I told him I wanted the bouncy house I had reserved.He had the huge, smelly obstacle course set up at 1:30pm. I was very unhappy. read more

Our company summer event has used Affordable Inflatable for the last two summers. Each year they have delivered just as promised. They were on time and very polite. The setup and take down was efficient. We had no problems at all. The inflatables were a hit with the families that came. We were able to get a variety of inflatables for all ages from toddlers to adults. I would recommend them. read more

I thought these guys were great. Darin called me back the same day I called him, which was only two weeks before our party, and was able to reserve the bouncy house/water slide combo we wanted, and about $100 cheaper than most other companies. They are very flexible, which is great. We had a horrible forecast for the day of the party and I called him the morning of to cancel it, and he said there wouldn't be a charge if we weren't going to be able to use it. A few hours later, the sun came out and there was no chance of rain, so I called him back and they brought it out and set it up in time for the party. They made my daughter's day! The guy who set it up was very nice and the other guy who picked it up was equally as nice. They are a small operation, but they are nice, less expensive and more flexible than most. read more

Be careful with this one. Had a similar experience to Samantha's review, for my sons birthday. I booked them 1 month in advance, confirmed a week before, and set up a time for pick up. Unfortunately, he did not answer my phone call on the way, nor was anyone around when I went to pick up the inflatable. I was furious!....fortunately, I went to plan B, and was able to reserve a different inflatable that day...I was lucky. read more

I called and prearranged rental almost a month in advance, I rented a bouncy house with a water slide for 11a.m.-3 p.m. for my daughter's 4th bday party. Friday before they text and said they would be there between 10-11 a.m. I explained again that party started at 11 and they said they would come closer to 10 then. I had to call at 10:45 and was told driver was on his way. They didn't arrive until noon! Monday rolled around I called and the owner had every excuse in the book as to why driver was late, & didn't seem to care either. Told me if I wanted it at a certain time I should have picked it up myself!!! Said he was going to give me a $40 refund (I paid $240 for rental), to keep my mouth shut and not post anything, well its been almost 2 weeks and I haven't heard from him, received a text or email, or seen any money. He has my phone number, address & email. Would NEVER rent from or refer this company. Was very professional when I called to rent but after that was extremely rude! read more

Very disappointed in lack of communication, and that 1 guy was sent to set this up. My husband had to help him! Very poor communication, obstacle course was dirty, had holes in it, we had to clean and duct tape it! No compensation given when issues were communicated by us.
