ATV worked for one day. Had it repaired under the warranty. It wouldn't start, it had a dead battery, needed the front brakes adjusted because they weren't working, had a gas leak, needed a new carburetor. THIS IS A NEW ATV. I had it fixed it worked for one day again. It now will not start and has another gas leak in a different place. I called stating I wanted to return it. They said no returns. I asked to speak to the owner they told me the owner is in China. They want me to spend money on a truck to bring it to them to have it fixed again. HAD TO GIVE A STAR ...I dont like writing bad reviews. But i wanted to make sure EVERBODY KNOW what kind of Business' this company is. When you come in they show exceptional customer service. However, I purchased 2 Scooters. Mind you several years ago I purchased a Scooter from Chicken Little never had any problems my 1st mind told me to go back there but I find this location to be closer and as i said i was liking the customer service. Both 2 bikes soon got home with them i had issues with both 1 alarm wouldnt stop going off another breaks was smelling like they was burning and kept cutting off. Contact owner he talked real harsh on the phone as if o well. But says due to warrant he can only fix not give money back Okay cool so I rent another u haul to bring bikes back (so I guess keep renting uhauls bringing bikes back and forth because you sold me a messed up bike). Mechanic sold me a dream as if things where fix. Get home brakes smelling worser when you ride it constantly making a noise like the tires fixing to fall off and its making a siren noise when you go high speed like its a warning sign. Contact him and he was rude and acted like o well out his mouth its man made. That I do know but what happen to making sure things are good with a brand new bike before you sell, what happen to the exceptional customer service, what happen to standing behind your product. I literally told this man I felt unsafe and it was like its sold its sold. So Im not a person that like to argue . I just take different approaches when people do bad business. I inform people.
