From the 1st moment I walked in I felt like these people cared about me and I was a part of their family. The work I had on my mouth, there was no pain at all and they didn't over charge me for my dental work. I received a new patient gift on my initial visit and a card after my visit. I was amazed. The best experience by far at a dental office. I would recommend any of my friends and family to Arrow Dental Center. I truly don't mind going to the dentist now that I found one that cares about me and my teeth.

I go back in two weeks to get the final implants placed. Miranda is a precious, deeply caring young woman who is artistically helping complete my final piece. She is extremely thorough and cares about every little detail of your teeth. I called last week because I had extreme tooth pain and got an emergency appointment because I seen…read morethey take my insurance. The initial appointment was $128 because it was an emergency appointment. They took Xrays & prescribed antibiotics for 1 week. I was to come in today for 2 teeth extractions. Im antibiotic prophylactic, meaning because of my heart condition I have to take antibiotics for 1 week before any dental work. They said medicaid would pay for the 2 extractions. I waited almost 3 hours, and when I finally got to the back, the dentist wasn't there. There was a temp dentist. She tells me she cant do it because there isnt enough time today. So, I basically took off work and took antibiotics for a week for nothing. I have to repeat the whole process again and deal with this pain for another week. I decided I will not be going back, and Im currently looking for another dentist. Minus 1 dental assistant, they were unprofessional and kept going back and forth talking about what they should do so that they didnt miss their lunch break. I wouldnt refer them to my worst enemy.

I received what I thought was a ridiculous quote in Austin for a…read moredeep cleaning and two fillings, so I decided to see what PeachTree in Monroe would charge since I could also visit family while I was there. Before making the trip, I called the office coordinator and explained exactly what I needed. She asked me to send my recent X-rays and dental report, which I did. After reviewing the information, I was told I did not actually need a deep cleaning, but a different type of cleaning, and that the total cost for what I needed done would be around $400. Great. Based on that information, I made the appointment and traveled to Monroe. When I arrived, however, I was told my appointment was only for X-rays and a cleaning. They said they would need to take their own X-rays and then diagnose the cavities before scheduling the fillings. I completely understand that a dentist needs to make his own assessment before performing fillings. What I don't understand is why that couldn't have been made clear before I traveled there--especially after I specifically explained what I needed and sent them my existing X-rays and dental report at their request. The dentist could have reviewed those records in advance, determined whether additional imaging was actually necessary, and made sure the appointment was scheduled appropriately. Instead, I made the trip based on what I was told, only to discover that the services I specifically came for weren't even scheduled. The entire experience left me with the impression that generating additional billable services was more important than respecting the patient's time and the information already provided. I left without having the work done and won't be returning. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere. *edit: to be clear, I was more than willing to pay plenty to get the work done but was told they could do it in one visit. Y'all, I'm not making a 12 hour round trip so you can finish what was specifically requested to be scheduled for my visit.
