They have flexible hours that work well with my schedule and the staff are always accommodating. Their rates are also very reasonable.

10/20/21  Another botch job on my dentures.  Another email sent to "Office Manager", another no response, just like the previous 3 ignored emails.  A letter sent to Dr Kumar basically begging her to do something before I had no choice but to complain to the ND Dental Board.  No response.  It's become painfully obvious the person who PRE paid $30,000 doesn't matter once they hand off the dentures, whether they fit or not.  No pun intended as I have a huge sore in my mouth and was told to NOT wear the dentures until it heals, after previously being told to wear them 5-6 weeks then come back.  This sore was so big after after 1 week I had no choice but to go back.  Another 200 mile round trip for what?  So Dr Kumar could look?  Why didn't she look when I drove 200 miles to be told to wear them 5-6 weeks?  So, as the owner, are you going to do something or not?  Twice now they've given me maloccluded  dentures.  The 2nd time they ground down the back teeth and called it good.  It's not good, and enough is enough. Response to owner 10/5/21  Then maybe they should answer my questions instead of telling me to come back in 5-6 weeks.  You're missing my point entirely! 5 months of treatment seemed to go well!  There were a couple problems, but I would still have probably given 4 or 5 stars.  The last day I got my new all on 4 dentures.  The teeth absolutely do not line up together.  I tried to talk to the lab tech that same day, but he had left early.  I got an appointment the next day, the lab tech said he doesn't know how to fix it, the dental assistant told me I don't need to move my jaw THAT far for my teeth to line up, and the dr never bothered to come look.  Instead, they were going to send someone from the office to talk to me???  Why???  When the office person couldn't come see me "for awhile", I left.  I've sent emails including pictures of the maloccluded teeth since, and they will not get back to me.  Don't tell me to call them, like you do every other bad review.  I want to know how they think wearing these arches and waiting 5-6 weeks will fix the fact that the bottom arch needs to move forward 1/16" or so?  I will happily email you the same photos I emailed the clinic for the Dr to see and maybe you can explain to me what they're doing and why.  I won't make another 200 mile round trip until I know someone will take my questions seriously, not just nod and say mmm hmmm mmm hmmm while not listening to a word I said. read more

Do not waste your time using this facility. My first appointment was in 2019. They came up with a "Treatment Plan" for me. After my insurance paid, I was told my portion would be nearly $3000. If I paid upfront, they would give me a discount and they helped me come up with financing. Unfortunately and stupidly, I agreed to this option. I needed some teeth pulled and a partial. My insurance covered the "temporary" partial and I was required to pay for the "final" partial. When I received my "temporary" partial, it was not hooked to my teeth correctly, causing a bridge that I already had, to break and it had to be replaced. During all of this, I kept telling the dentist that my bite was not correct because I was only hitting on my front teeth. The dentist told me not to worry about it, he would "fix" it later on. When I finally received the "final" partial, I told the dentist it did not fit correctly and did not match my teeth. In addition, the "final" partial only had two teeth to replace the three teeth they had pulled. When I asked about it, I was told "it is no big deal, to take it home and get used to it". The dentist stated he was very happy with the final product. I have never bee able to wear the final product due to the improper fit and have had to go back to the "temp" partial to even be able to eat. That was in September of 2020. Keep in mind, I have been paying for all of this work since 2019, so I didn't have much choice but to keep seeing them. Needless to say, I am now going to another dentist to correct the issues caused by the dentist at FM Dental. Now, I get to pay another dentist over $1700 (after insurance) to correct by problems caused by FM Dental and still have to Green Sky for the partial that I can't even wear. I have recently come across THREE other people that have had issues with FM Dental that had to be corrected by another denist. DO NO WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE!! YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! I would give them no stars if that was an option. read more

Had my teeth pulled 60days ago. Chips of bone still in my gums. Can NOT even use my dentures. Eating is very difficult. For 10 grand I would , differently think it would be a better job done. UNHAPPY and way over charged. BEWARE!!!! read more

I suggest not wasting your time. Staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. My wife booked us two appointments together so she could come with due to me having anxiety about the dentist. We arrived five minutes before the time she was told (3:15), only to be told the appointment was at 3, but also needed to be there at 2:45. This was said in an extremely rude and condescending tone. We were then told they could only take one of us, even though we requested appointments at the same time. If we were supposedly late I'm not sure why one of would be allowed to go and not the other. Overall a complete waste of time, we will not be rescheduling with this company. read more

This place sucks. Told me that I needed a root canal when I wanted to get some fillings and referred me probably the most expensive place in town. The root canal place told me that they didn't see a single sign that I needed a root canal and he was unsure why they sent me there. Cost me $80 just for him to tell me that... not gonna give them anymore of my cash. read more

I deeply regret trusting Fargo/Moorhead dental & dentures with my teeth. As someone who already struggles with dental anxiety, those feelings are 10x worse after my traumatic experience with them. I went in to have a tooth pulled, I wasn't seen until 1 hour after my scheduled appointment. During the extraction I had continuously expressed that I was still feeling pain as the dentist continued pulling at my tooth & he responded with "I think you're confusing pain for pressure." I was in tears & started shaking uncontrollably & with a frustrated tone he kept telling me "you need to relax, you're so stressed, you're going to pass out." He ended up giving me a 30 minute break to calm down, but I was never offered Nitrous Oxide, which would have made things much easier. The whole time him & his assistant kept talking about how stubborn my tooth was & how difficult it was to pull, that they are surprised it's taking so long, which made me feel even more anxious. A few days pass & my pain has gotten 5 times worse, I know that something's not right & I call the receptionist in tears. She informs me that they "are so booked up it's going to be at least a week until they can get me back in." I called Evergreen Dental & they were very concerned & offered to get me in the same day. I asked to have my x-rays sent to Evergreen & I had to call them total of 4 times before they finally released them. I was treated for dry socket at Evergreen, which would have gotten significantly worse & possibly infected had I agreed to wait over a week to have it treated. read more

Love Cornerstone! I used to get really nervous about dental work, and when I came in a few years ago they made me feel really comfortable and all the staff were extremely understanding. Great environment and atmosphere! read more

Dr. Day saved the day and fixed my implant. Thank you so much for fixing it. On vacation and leaving soon. So GREAT and a HUGE KUDOS

This place is awful. Extremely unprofessional, seriously if you're considering going here, don't. I am not from the FM area and sought them out while looking for a new dentist, and they lied about a lot of stuff. First off, they canceled and rescheduled my consultation twice, and tried to charge me to tell me what the problem was, when I already knew. They told me that they would run my insurance through and never did, and tried to get me to pay for a procedure that I had never set up. Back in June I set up an appointment for August 2nd, and they called and canceled my appointment the day before, due to issues with the dentist? This place is very shady and untrustworthy. Would not recommend. read more

I loved going to Fargo Moorhead Dental and Dentures they were really nice and caring and i know i had really really bad teeth and they didn't treat me like a bad person because of it. I had to get dentures top and bottom and i mean i had a lot of teeth pulled all of them actually they gave me a relaxing pill that worked like a charm and i felt like i sat there for a whole 5 min when it was an hour and a half. The dentist was amazing at his job and his assistant was amazing too i mean i don't think i have met a nicer staff then this place so caring and passionate about there job........ I think if you need work done you should really come to see what they have to offer and i dont think that you will be disappointed I mean i am a very very hard person to please and i am very pleased with this place.... read more

This place is a joke, at best. They advertise that they work with you, payments etc and have emergency dental care. THIS IS A LIE. I went in after making an appointment and explained to them I was in alot of pain, needed some work done and needed a payment plan. After sitting in the lobby for 15 min I was ushered to the back, where the dentist looked at me for a grand total of about 5 minutes. Then after he got done telling the nurse all the procedures I needed, he left. After that I was ushered to the back office to talk to the stupid man bun hipster they have in the back office. The rest of my "appointment" was spent with him telling me I needed $5000 of work done and trying to get me a high interest loan to pay for it, which I didn't want. Bear in mind he's trying to get me a loan when my face is swelled up and I'm in a large amount of pain. I spent 20 min in there in pain while this idiot checked my fucking credit. Not only was this inappropriate at best, but then once he found out my credit is not good, he spent another five minutes shifting around uncomfortably while he struggled to figure out a way to tell me with my baseball face that they couldn't do anything for me. I'm guessing that if I had decent credit I would have been pressured into taking the loan, which is slimey at best. I spent more time with the financial guy than with the dentist. And the guy never directly said that they couldn't help me without a loan for all the work I supposedly needed, he just told me " the other people I work with have the credentials for such and such loan site, so I can't check that one for you" which we both knew was bullshit. This place blatantly lies on their website. They do not do emergency care, they do not do extractions or any work without you agreeing to an expensive long term plan. They use pressure tactics when you are in pain and vulnerable and they do not do any type of payment plan...its a loan. Its disgusting really, they have probably taken advantage of many people. Thank god I have bad credit and thank god hipster man bun was so condescending while I was in pain. Also I was prescribed the most expensive antibiotic they could, which wasnt a high enough dose, so I ended up spending 54 dollars on it only to have to get another a week later from my doctor. DO NOT GO HERE. read more
