Go to get your dentures adjusted they have no clue how to fix it I would never recommend them at all ever terrible place

My boyfriend needed upper dentures replacement . The dentist I used to go to is the most expensive in town, as soon as I called them for pricing , I was done . Called around a few other places until I came across affordable dentures and implants. Wow . The entire staff was very friendly and caring . We were really impressed with the thoroughness of the fitting. The pricing was 1/2 of what we would have paid elsewhere. The greatest of all ? They fit perfectly. He is extremely happy . Affordable dentures are crooks. very poor ill fitting temporary and final dentures that never fit and break and give sores in the mouths. lying how much things cost and adding fees to the total amount. 1/23/24. After 3 years, 3 different dentist , 30,000 dollars for their very best permanent denture solution. And 5 thousand miles driving. I have dentures the look good but are not great at masticating food. I had Dr. Magnus start the upper who left the practice, who sent me to Dr. Walker who did the bottom then left the practice and left Dr. Hui holding the bag. My night guard is already broken just weeks after completion. If you're going to spend that kind of money I suggest you look a reputable place of business. read more

The ladies in the office are extremely nice. The denturist is really nice till you don't like something, then he will try to make you feel like your problem isn't real, or make you feel like you're too picky. I was told to pick and choose my battles because a denture is not real teeth and they won't be perfect. After attempting to fix the problems patiently for 3 months, I was given my money back and treated like I was too hard to please. The pictures are the teeth they made that he thought were fine. Notice the itty bitty baby teeth and too much gums showing above it. This was after fixing other issues that came up. Save your money and go somewhere else. Customer satisfaction is not his priority. The one star is because I can't give zero, so I'll give it to the ladies in the office because they were all great, including the receptionist. read more

We had a appointment for my husband at 7:30 we were the first ones in there people that signed in after us were called back first so I got my paperwork and decided to leave my husband was talking to the office manager and she was degrading us for not having dental insurance she said well most people do we were going to pay cash to get new Dentures for my husband she was biting her her lip cause she wanted to say more then she told us to get out my point is if u make a appointment and u are the first one there u don't take people that signed in after u regardless if ur a new patient and if someone is paying cash I think that is better than going through insurance company I would not recommend this place to anyone and obviously they do not like people paying cash because there was another couple that this Happened to she loves to belittle people that pay cash and tells people that everyone has Insurance I wonder why that is ? read more

This facility was not willing to help me get my teeth pulled for dentures. The staff was friendly but they said I needed an oral surgeon to pull my teeth and then they would do dentures for me. I thought getting teeth pulled was all part of the denture process. I went across the river to Dr PAC and he is doing all my work. He's a great dentist. No oral surgeon needed. Hmmmmm read more

My battle with my teeth has been a serious lifelong issue. Coming to Affordable Dentures was a second opinion and I'm SO GLAD I did! They made me feel like they genuinely cared about me and were able to do my oral surgery the same day because my issue was so bad. The other doctors pitched in so Dr. Dillon could help me. GREAT TEAM!! The first dentist scheduled me for 8 weeks out which could have been life threatening for me. They also put a rush on my temporary denture so I only had to wait two days and didn't even charge me for the rush job because it was an emergency. The office manager and the ladies in the back were just wonderful and Dr. Dillon was BEYOND fantastic! Not only were they wonderful to me, they took time to explain everything to my husband so he wouldn't worry. Dr. Dillon even gave me his cel phone number in case I or my husband needed anything after hours. SERIOUSLY?! No Dr. cares that much anymore! Dr. Dillon and this entire staff are how ALL doctors/staff should be!!! I'm about a week post-surgery and doing great. When I went back for my week check-up, they quickly adjusted my denture so it was more comfortable and continued to treat me like a rock start. I am so glad I decided to go to Affordable Dentures!! Such sweet people, fair prices, and a perfect job! On a side note, a couple years ago they fixed my husband's denture and did a perfect job. In my opinion , this was what you call the bate and switch. They call it affordable dentures, but when you come in, they try and pressure you to get the most expensive set of dentures. They push bone graphs, which are expensive. I was not happy with it at all. They want to charge my boyfriend $5,000 for extracting like 12 teeth and a set of dentures. I myself got a simple denture repair where they charged me $200 when the brochure said $170 for a simple repair without impressions. I did not get impressions. I will hope that the repair lasts. I go back to pick them up this afternoon. I went back, got my repaired denture. It was a great job on the repair. They actually repaired the gum part on my denture as well, which i did not expect. So, they are redeemed in the denture repair department providing they don't break on me, but I still consider what they did was the bate and switch on the full set of dentures and extractions. read more
