I've been seeing the same doctor for a few years now (or more) Dr Bryce, he is an exceptional doctor and human being. Lately customer service has been sketchy, primarily due to the pandemic. I believe staffing has suffered because of COVID. I do get frustrated when my calls are not returned or my wait for on the phone but I'm cognizant of the root causes. I had dental work done and it was not completed and then I was kicked out of the dentist office the…read moreteeth never adjusted I was told that I would not be charged for the dentures and my insurance company was charged I was charged for flexible teeth in which these can be broken if thrown on the floor I went through so much pain and suffering and I'm still undergoing Dr Ahmed's work that was not completed. She told me I would have temporary teeth before she pulled my teeth she could have told me like the new dentist told me that insurance didn't cover it and allowed me pay out of pocket oppose to being depressed because I'm feeling how I'm looking can't talk to good with no teeth just a terrible situation. So now I'm back to to the drawing board and have to have full dental work in which she should've recommended instead of making a denture that never adjusted it's still cutting my gums I can't eat the tooth that I told Dr Ahmed was loose when she connected the denture ended up getting infected and I had to had it extracted now there is no teeth on the left side at all and they want to pull the other five since I have gum disease anyway and give me a full denture more pain and suffering this has been the worst experience ever in life and I hope no one else goes through this painstaking experience.
