I initially chose ICT Home Pros because they are a local company with good reviews. While the final appearance of the roof and paint is satisfactory, the overall experience was characterized by poor communication and a disregard for my specific requirements. Despite multiple assurances between November 2025 and February 2026 that I would receive several days' notice to remove my Leaf Filter gutter covers professionally, I received less than one business day's notice. Consequently, roofing crews began work while the covers were still attached, risking my warranty. Additionally, I encountered several quality and professional issues throughout the project: - Property Damage: The painting crew walked through flowerbeds and not cleaning up, and the roofing crew broke a siding board. Roofing debris was pushed off over my gutter covers. - Substandard Repairs: The siding board broken by the roofers was initially only caulked and painted over, despite my explicit request for a replacement. It was replaced only after I insisted. Additionally, the painting was first attempted during inappropriate weather conditions. - Installation Issues: The contractor replaced my back door with a model lacking a deadbolt without consulting me, requiring me to insist on a correction. - Billing Inaccuracies: The initial final invoice included charges for several items from the insurance claim that had not been completed. While I appreciate the two complimentary repairs provided as compensation for these issues, the stress caused by the lack of communication and the need to constantly advocate for my home was significant. Due to this breakdown in trust and the dismissive tone and unprofessional manner I encountered when asking questions, I cannot recommend ICT Home Pros to others. I hope this feedback helps improve your internal coordination and employee oversight for future clients.
