Poor customer service and my reservation was not ready. I had to wait over an hour for my truck and she said, not her fault, she was not moving??? Don't do business here. Go with Uhaul. read more

I had never rented a storage unit before, but when the time came and I had to because the home was getting a little too crowded I knew exactly where to go! I had seen Affortable Attic every Sunday on my way to church and I had a previous co-worker who had spoken great things about the service. When I finally decided to go on I was greatly impressed by the customer service Edith was awesome! She was always smiling and greeted me when I walked into the door. I explained to her I had never rented a unit before and she was very patient in explaining everything I needed to know! Not only that but every time I walk into the door for payment she treats me the same way as day one!!! read more

This is the best place in Brownsville to rent a storage unit. I have rented at other places, but the Affordable Attic ranks above the rest. It is conveniently located, provides 24-hour access, and gate secured. The staff is friendly and informative. The unit was clean when I moved my belongings in, and I have never had a problem with mice or bugs. There is a dumpster on the premises to discard anything you no longer need. There are moving supplies for sale in the office, and they also rent trucks. read more

I called this FedEx no less than three times -- do you have overnight? when is last pickup? Can I get it there by Saturday? Where in the hellllllll is this store? And so on and so forth. Basically, I was THAT customer. Then I had a perfectly lovely experience there with Brittany, a super nice and engaged employee who helped me out a lot. I appreciate folks like that. I'm from here. I know a thing or two about how it can be tough to find someone great. Give that girl a raise already. Anyway, my stuff is "in the mail" as they say and all thanks to this spot.

I am sitting in a well established RV park 4 miles from their business, the only propane distributor for 50 miles, and there is no sign or response from them in any manner. Most of the RVers in the park are out of propane. This includes our neighbor next to us who is 80 years old and partially disabled. Tonight he may not be able to heat his RV home. I have made reductions in use to accommodate, but I am healthy and can just pile on more blankets. The lack of preparation is astounding and no explanation will suffice. You are a critical industry and should act accordingly. I would give negative stars, but that's not allowed. 1 star is what I had to choose to be able to post.
